  • 10 MINUTE JIU JITSU STRETCH - POST TRAINING
    This is an active stretching routine I like to do after Jiu Jitsu training. It helps the body cool down and begin the recovery process. Hope you enjoy!

    Thanks man, this is really helpfull for rehab after covid, helps me to breath while stretching. I hope to be back on the mats soon.

      @@JiuJitsuFLO Rehab for my lungs, I had COVID-19 pneumonia. So the breathing while doing the exercises helps me a lot!
