What type of injury are you dealing with?
@@JiuJitsuFLO Rehab for my lungs, I had COVID-19 pneumonia. So the breathing while doing the exercises helps me a lot!

Glad you enjoyed this one. I haven't done a routine specifically targeting knees and ankles but I will now! Stay tuned, I'll try to put one out this week to address this.
