I hope tour recovery goes well. I had an SI joint fusion done a week ago and will have the other side done if the first helps. Hang in my friend the fist few days are always the worst. I’ve got a great hand occupational therapist in the family if you need a second opinion

I came across the channel in my search for good information when I was starting out with PRS.

I was looking at the autotrickler v4 and your set up video came up. I watched it 4 or 5 times and then ordered my v4. I've been watching your content ever since. You are a great guy, and I wish you the best with this surgery....I fully understand...I need surgery on my right shoulder but can't afford it....maybe one day. Your surgery will be a breeze and you will be back before you know it.

Think you need mention to your orthopaedic doctor that after this, you don't want him to need to work on you again because after that many surgeries, you've paid for their next holiday home!

I’m waiting for insurance to pull their crap together and approve mine. If everything goes right I will actually be able to exercise again without suffering vertigo. But insurance here has been a fight the past month.

At a quick glance, that thumbnail, i thought it was Gavin form Ultimate Reloader. I found your channel a few years ago. Somewhere down the rabbit hole of Cortina, UR, F-Class John, and others. First impression was, "Oh... this guy is from South Africa. I think I'll pass". But i watched a few videos and have been a subscriber since.

Speedy recovery, Piet! I used to race motocross and did freestyle in the early days of FMX. Used to go up to Kenny Bartram's training compound and do backflips on 50s into the foam pit!! Those were the days, lol. But as I got older and more focused on work, I got out of riding. Plus, I'm the parts manager at a dealership, so going out to ride still felt like work. Getting into shooting in 2021 has been the best thing for me. Gets me out of the house, keeps me active and gives me new goals to try and push myself to achieve. I am so glad I found you pretty early and been following along since! Plus, I get to try and share my journey here on my own little channel. I was supposed to be at a PRS match today, but we're getting rain and supposed to have snow today, so it got pushed a week. Next weekend I'll be doing a pistol match on Saturday, then a PRS match on Sunday!! Very busy weekend for me, lol. I'm sure you know how those go!!
Very happy to see you making the time to correct the issue you are dealing with. I think you are like me and would rather work through the pain so you don't feel like you are missing anything, but sometimes you have to make yourself stop running full speed and slow down to fix an issue. I found you back in your beginning of the channel. I just had back surgery in Nov and am on my return to being in shape and returning to the PRS game in my best shape possible. I'm glad to see you getting this taken care of and looking forward to your comeback. So thanks for your work on the channel, both long-range and hunting. It has kept me motivated to get back to it

Prayers for a full and successful recovery. Found your channel due to long range shooting but love the hunting videos too. Would like to see more content which tie them both together. Like using range finders, wind meters, ballistics apps for hunting and if you are hunting I would like to see different bullets in action and how to select powders for the various selected bullets.
