That makes sense. As designers we should make the suggestions not the customer. I just started doing embroidery and I find my customers get stuck on picking a font. Too many choices just confuses them.
I dont know how I am just now seeing this video....but Im seeing it right on time. This is exactly what I was thinking about today. I am probably about to actually remove all options and just make them all separate listings.
Thank you so much! exactly what I was looking for! But now another question arises 😅how many items should I enter in inventory? Because I’ve learned it’s very important to have a big stock of products and if I do this, It would be only one item per listing? It’s that correct? I hope I explained myself well…thank you again and I’d appreciate your help with this …🙏👍🍀
1 million % relateable. I am refreshing my shop to align with a niche that I can not really move out of. I think I did not give myself a fair chance with my original shop ideas, started creating EVERYTHING, and really failed, for me. Thank you for the video, this is a great reminder :)
I've worked in e-commerce since 2011 and you're the first person I've seen on UA-cam teaching people important and often over-looked things. Psychology is a corner-stone of online selling. I'm going to spend the rest of my day binge watching your videos and working on my store :D
Once again you hit me where it really counts. The best part is make perfect sense and I can relate my product to what you say. Not everyone does sigh. So often I have thought okay I get what you're saying but how do I translate that into what I am doing - that's where so many fall short. And so important will say it again; without going on and on repeating yourself and even worse saying exactly the same thing as every other person does, you have a gift for teaching the way I learn best. Aloha🍍
Salut! Your videos are genuinely informative! I have 2 questions: Would you recommend sticking to the minimal number of variations rule, even when it comes to selling digital downloads? Also, if I made color variations for a single digital art print, how many separate listings would you recommend making for that print?
These are some great tips and so true! I will definitely be implementing this in my new shop. I love the idea of listing one item with one color/size, just makes total sense. ❤️
Hope you enjoyed the video! Questions or comments? Leave them below!
