    I did this live with you this morning, and I wanted to chime in that I totally think movement stays true to restorative yoga when it brings one comfort. I was more inclined with stillness this morning, but there are times when I need some movement so as to relieve some energy or else I will be distracted and uncomfortable. I honor that you are leading me through a way to see that my body wisdom will guide me when I listen. (I tried to put this in chat this morning but for some reason it would not send 🤨). Thank you.

    This was my first class with you and I really enjoyed it. I've had some discomfort in one shoulder but not as painful as frozen shoulder. It was good to take some time to just pay attention to what my body wanted to do. I hope you feel better, and I will subscribe to Bird right away. Thank you!

    I just found this today 12/21 and im hoping that my shoulders will get better. Btw where can I find a schedule of your future classes

      I don't post the future classes...if 2020 has taught me anything...lol...last year I had a bunch ready to go and realized I needed to pivot and change to help support the community :) take care Leah :)

    Please consider reading Healing Back Pain. The Mind-Body Connection. John E. Sarno, MD
    I know you don’t have back pain, but This book has really helped me with all of my body pain.
