While the most common crime committed after a burglary is theft, it's not the only one and it's an additional charge if done. Separate from this is breaking and entering if the illegal entry required destruction or bypassing of secure measures. Even filming in someone's private home without owner permission is a crime, it's not a public space, there's an expectation of privacy. He also threatened that other homeowner who told him to leave. There's quite a few crimes he's committed here.

To us the viewers for sure, but to the people being recorded to quote August from earlier in his video " they don't know it's a prank".
