So as you can predict, he was shot dead and the guy wasn't charged since he legitimately thought his life was in danger. Even the dead guy's family wasn't upset with the shooter.

It's armed robbery even not saying it. He pointed it at people in a threatening manner while committing a crime. At the very least it's a blunt weapon. It would also be justifiable if someone assumed it was real and felt fear. I can show you real guns that have been 100% disguised as toys and still lethal.

The youtuber that got shot, it didn't happen quite like August said, he left out details. The "pranker" was putting a translator up to this guys ear, the guy pushed the youtubers hand 2 away about 2 times, about 5-10 seconds later he pulled his gun out and shot at the lower half of the body
That was after he followed the dude inside so that's y he wasn't charged for the shooting if u attempt to walk away n harasser follows u self defense is allowed esp he pushed dudes hands away n he shot for center mass as any good gun owner does best survival rate

@@Vincent_Beers oh for sure. It's why I personally always check everything I buy though. Check the plastic seal like say on a Tylenol bottle or if it doesn't have one I unscrew the cap and check the seal inside, any bag that can easily be opened etc. I don't trust anyone.

I have only ever found 1 youtube prank video entertaining. Mr Beast did a video with like a dozen stacked pizza boxes, went to peoples houses and asked if they ordered like a dozen pizzas.
