Trt is a life long medication and I currently use a teleheath doctor due being dialed in already. If they get rid of telehealth, they will just force people to use test from underground labs. The big secret they don’t want the average man to know is testosterone is extremely cheap to make. If you’re paying more than 100 a month for trt, you’re being hustled. 40-50 bucks a 10ml vial is about the most it should be. Also, notice estrogen is NOT a controlled substance. But test is. The government wants to “control” the hormone that makes a man look, feel, and perform like a man. If trt is freely and easily given to little girls who “feel” like transitioning into a man, they prescribe it with very little hassle. If it’s safe enough for little girls to take: it’s safe enough for men.
That's just it though, if they prohibit it and a lot of people go to the black market, the DEA just increased their business. More people to arrest and prosecute
That makes no sense, you do know there is a shortage of police officers, they aint wasting resources on trt or gyms, there is a drug called Fentenol and that is the biggest killer in history of street drugs@gen-X-trader
Test is extremely inexpensive. Especially if you are willing to forgo the labels and fancy suppliers and order it directly from wholesalers in China. Even if you go the fancy route it is still much cheaper than any TRT clinic. With a TRT clinic, you are basically paying for the script.
Media doesn’t want masculinity anything that promotes it is bad(toxic masculinity) regardless of how it helps men. It’s my body my choice!!! Just not for men.
Agreed , Super necessary to get physical exam done every year , I’m on TRT 135mg/ week plus blood work every 3 month required by my Telehealth physician. Still get mine done yearly.
That’s why you have to take the law into your own hsnds

Great discussion from medicolegal experts. Very interesting to see what the DEA is going to do and how these TRT doc in the box clinics are going to evolve (or devolve for that matter). I also think that the regulations should be aiming to empower the health care providers to be able to legally and responsibility prescribe hormonal therapy. Regulating it this way can help patients steer away from irresponsible medicine like some TRT clinics and even online anabolic shopping. Great talk
There is absolutely no link between prostate and trt. None. Furthermore, a patient does see a doctor in person when they get lab work. A telemedicine doctor can also send the patient for a physical. That can all be coordinated. The prescribing physician never needs to see the patient in person. Correspondence can be more thorough (and recorded) when done by email, video, and telephone. There is absolutely no justification for an in office face to face visit.
Big Brother wants to control every aspect of your life! And remember which party wants more and more government control of the people when you vote in November!
And which party is that? The one trying to ban abortion federally, and is now trying to monitor and prevent women living in banned states from traveling to a state it isn’t banned? That party? The one trying to get rid of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and go back to a time where insurance companies refused coverage to people with pre-existing conditions? The same one running a candidate that has said he wants to execute drug dealers, smugglers, and traffickers? That’s your small government party? The Christian Ultranationalist party that all the self described Nazis love? I’m no fan of the democrats by any means, but you have to be genuinely fucking stupid to think conservatives are “small government” and want you to have affordable access to the healthcare you want
Except that the party that has labeled themselves as smaller Government has historically had a heavier hand on regulating and criminalizing people’s freedom to take what they perceive as drugs
If you make it yourself, it will cost $5 to $10 for 10mL of a 200 mg/mL vile. On the black market it is $80 to $90 per vile. Going to a doctor or a clinic, you are looking at $200 to $500.
So there's a provider I want to use who is in New Jersey. I live in New York... so point blank.. if they go back to pre-pandemic rules, can I use this person as long as I go to Jersey to see him for an initial visit? I'm just curious, because I want to eventually go on TRT with this clinic but I'm freaked out by all of these important laws that are going to change.
First thank you Doc for all you are doing !! Keep going !! Look into these trans kids an therr dosages be a good argument piece when battling politicians on this topic
Wouldn't this mean a ban on all tele health providers, my insurance has it and i can get all kinds of treatments by just telling them about symptoms. Now trt required a blood test and consultation.
There is no clinic that has tren as an option. Trenbolone is not a human product and has not been since approximately the 1980's. Respect to the doc, and Rick is definitely the man...but this was a bad example guys. However - making tele-health less accessible will definitely aid every single supplier online...and boy...if you're informed in this game - you know there are plenty. If there was a formal citizen-type vote on this, anyone making profits this way would vote FOR making tele-health more restrictive. It benefits the underground greatly. Including - dare I say - elite "coaches" and "consultants" who already supply private services online due to the limited knowledge and care that so many online tele-health clinics have a reputation for.
Why can't a well educated material be written on real proven studies put together as some type of pamphlet and sent to local communities doctor clinics on real education on real studies and get them into doctors hands! And send them to a website for more on this problem in properly treating men!

I kinda agree with you needing a doc and blood test for Test. If anyone can just go to a pharmacy and get it then every high school kid 15-18 will be just getting it and thinking it will make them Superman in High School football or what ever sport they are in. As long as a complete metabolic hormone panel including PSA is required, and the provider "doctor " is an actual DO. Then Telehealth for testosterone should be fine.
