It's never been obvious to me (until recently) how that stupid thing goes on. It's important to note that the arm with the adjustment thingy always goes on the right. Once you understand that, everything following becomes routine. Now I will watch the rest of your video. Excellent video quality; the best I've seen on any UA-cam movie. Liked and subscribed.

If you install and adjustable lift arm on the left hand side and shorten both sides but leave a little gap you can add about 4”s to your lift height

@@kirbystractoradventures There's a vid from a guy in Aus who did this; worked perfectly.
First thing I did was to toss those "cotter pins" and drill out the lift link pins to fit 3/16" lynch pins. Why would Deere use lynch pins everywhere else for the 3-point hitch and those ridiculous pins to secure the lift links to the lift arms ?!?

Where did you get that kit? I got a used 2520R with backhoe and the 3pt hitch did not come with it. Need exactly what you just installed.
Yep I live in Cape Breton ns I just ordered a few things from blot on hooks got charged as well with another $100 dollars

What tires are those? Alas here in Hawai'i we kinda get what we can, which means mine came with the standard industrial tires. And they are not at all the best for the yard.
They are a R3 Turf Tire Radial instead of a bias ply.

I agree, they work well on grass, dirt & snow. If you turn too hard it can tear up the grass.
I'm very happy with them.

@@EvilMerlin Tires are a hard item currently in the market. I was told to expect up to 6 months when I ordered mine. I luck out in under 3 months
@@kirbystractoradventures Yeah even waiting 3 months is rough here. We don't really have a dry season and having to deal with mud and hills makes wheel spacers a must. I've seen nothing but good reviews of these, but I just can't wait that long and honestly shipping to me increases the price 50%!

It came with the tractor, in a box in the bucket. If your tractor didn't come with it, then I would ask the dealer for the kit.
