Remember 2mm of buccal bone at least surgically. Also, that AP spread means prosthetic complications long term with any cantilever beyond an equal distance. Lastly…. Look up Smart Conversions separable fastener so you can shorten your time, strengthen your prosthetic and it makes the process simple with easy clean up. We angle the posterior implants to place posterior to the mental. Keep after it. You’re on the right track.
Thanks for informative videos. I am dental graduate and want to work with dentures. I have two questions- what do you mean by platform of implants. Is it the width of the implant? Also, how do you select impression copings and abutment for a implant? I mean if you get a case where there are implants in place , how do you decide the size and angulation of abutments?
My understanding of the 17 and 30 degree angle correction was to send the prosthetic screw to the lingual so that your final bruxzir full zirc prosthetic doesn’t have access holes through the occlusals but through the lingual framework….🤷🏻♂️

Are these multiunit abutments?
Once implant has placed into the mouth. How can we chenge at cast
Thanks a lot
Really informative stuff, keep it up!
David Roberts I’ll do my best man! :)
Ohk got it ..it's at the time of surgery
Seems like it won’t allow good coverage for chewing in the back area
The distal implants are angled to usually allow for a 1.5 tooth Length distal cantilever
Good
they do not have to be perfectly parallel.
