i think the bonus point should be either the hardest target to hit (the one behind a branch kind of in the middle of the haunted house is my guess) and add another target somewhere or if you could move a target back and forth somehow that would make most sense to me :P love the game and your build style sm
19:02 The copper building, (accidentally?) looks like an armadillo, very cute :D I think it is facing right at the moment, probably because of the trapdoor awning? But it also looks strange because it's tail (the bridge) is also to the right, so it's a little strange right now, maybe make some kind of "dormer window" like thing, that also looks a little like an armadillo head? on the left side (current view angle), and remove the awning? :D
Love the game :D! Idk if this is helpful, but I had the Idea of a "Joker", meaning adding one loaded crossbow to the game, so for one shot one can skip the spanning time of the bow and save time. But the save time comes with the difficulty of aiming the crossbow.
I would change the game by allowing the player to shoot and break a decorated pot; perhaps one pot per week (or a limited number), hidden somewhere different each time? Anyway, very cool game! It reminds me of playing the Legend of Zelda :D
Oh the base is coming together so well. Absolutely in love with all the copper and details. It really is entertaining hearing Ren and Keralis's confused noises fading out gradually as they fall 😂
Twisted Targets is amazing!!!! I can't wait for the world download to play it! A technical question: in all of Ren's and Keralis' runs, did they ever forget to hit the reset button? I'm wondering if it would be possible / make sense to have the "game start" button also trigger the scoreboard reset.
It is possible - but assuming anyone getting a high score will record/stream their run, it'll be clear they haven't reset due to lights still being lit both in the game AND scoreboard. I don't plan on moving any redstone around for now :D
This will be a very unhelpful comment because I can't remember enough specifics, but the new structure reminds me of just outside the second city (I think) that you visit in the game Sable and a tower structure with buildings clustered around and kind of coming out of it. The eco-cyberpunky vibe is similar. The art style and visual aesthetic of Sable have this cool 1970s weird animation look and colour palette but more washed out and wistful, if that makes sense.
The game came out amazing!! Can't wait to see the hermits try it out! And I'm really enjoying the pace of your base buildings this season, since it allows you to really maximize all the detail in the builds
It's a pity I can only updoot a video once... Dinging the suspiciously lurking Ren; choosing not to know about the trader train, and I'm still less than 3 minutes into the episode!
So cool, I have a suggestion for the minigame is to had a light at the start with a sign saying if the score needs reseting before starting. In case some forgetfull hermits don't press the button.
the game interior and banner look amazing! i haven’t realized jungle and warped wood fit together so nicely also maybe you could send hermits some mail about shop opening and give them a free first try? because it seems like they’re really confused and need a time to at least see the targets themselves XD
Thank you for the episode :D One thing I'll say about the latest base addition is that when one's making background or concept art, it's a fairly solid technique to imply functionality rather than fully explain the reasons in why something is the way it is. So the pulley system with the cauldron doesn't feel wholly disjointed because simply by being there, it looks like it has reason to be there, if that makes sense ^^;; I really do admire your builds, and the games come out lovely!!
False, the game is awesome! But is there no room amidst the workings underneath to fit a 'Return to Game' elevator? I can't help thinking that the Hermits, lovely people they may be one and all, might have a tendency to just move on from the area if they find themselves released into the open that way...like disoriented urban bears shaking off the tranquiliser before lumbering away to find cover.
As for build suggestions, I guarantee you that if there are people living in those containers, they're drying _something_ in that negative space below. Food, clothes, various handicrafts and products of industry....
I mean.. they can wander - but also, to get their score they need to go back anyway. I had thought similar, but the journey would just take longer moving horizontal below - at least above there is a point of reference :D
5:10 For the prize, it depends if the game is free to play or not. If it is free, you could give different amounts of "buy one, get one free" tickets, and maybe a "get one free" for a perfect score. If it is payed, you could give various amounts of various products.
Should the target blocks give different scores based on how hard they are to hit? For example, the one in the middle of the house looks really tough but has the same score as the others, so maybe it should be worth two points instead of one?
I decided against that as the amount hit is the score. Therefore you have to choose carefully which ones you aim for, which order and hopefully get better as your knowledge of locations improves. 👍
Twisted Targets turned out terrific! Its spooky design made its debut perfect for Halloween and functions flawlessly! Shoutout to Solid for sure. Everyone loves shooting games so I’m sure you’ll get some try-hards spending a few diamond blocks trying to get the max score. xD Excuse me what was that cliffhanger!! Maybe there will be sneak previews on an upcoming stream.
Leave me some suggestions - how would you change the game & which Hermit should play it next? 😆

Scar would probably love to practice his Hawkeye or hot guy shots or whatever he says when he shoots something

Every time you show an areal view of your base, it just hits me how absolutely amazing the build is OO
False you definitely deserve a medal for babysitting ren and keralis 😂😂❤
😂
I wonder if this was before or after Doc had them. 😂
@@CharisSophia I know that was hilarious too they make a right comedy duo 😂
Oh the base is coming together so well. Absolutely in love with all the copper and details.
It really is entertaining hearing Ren and Keralis's confused noises fading out gradually as they fall 😂
false is a disgustingly good builder. my eyes love that copper building
False that game you made is so cool 😎
Could call the shop itself twisted topiary

Poor Keralis gets addicted to every game on the server 🤣🤣
It's great that geodes are easier to mine underwater, because amethyst looks even cooler there!
You can throw a conduit near the geode, may also help with the drowned problem 😊
Maybe some spooky sounds on the way down Jevin has some disks with Halloween sounds. And maybe add some lights flickering in the windows
Bdubs has the potion permit... you should hire out for him to use!
All the work your doing is very lovely! With all the underwater activities; I am surprised to notice a lack of conduits.
Keep up the fantastic work!
Maybe the button could use a glowing sign to make it easier to notice?

Amazing work False, the games, the builds. So incredible! Can't wait to see what you do next!!

That's a really neat game, and the entryway packs so much visual interest into a small space.

Possibly! Ty
The red and orange look awesome
Thank you for the episode :D

I loved everything about that video false. Cool builds a cool game and hangin with friends. Doesn’t get any better!

the name goes so well super excited to see the other hermits play
Love the name 'Twisted Targets' fits perfectly The way you decorated it is very awesome!!! This reminds me of Robin Hood movies 😁 ❤🎉❤
The shop and game came out so cool!
A new False video!
Hooray for DarkSolid, whose constant chattering about redstone in Twitch chat has come in handy for False!
Right? The best redstone helper 😅
Nice game False, your base is looking awesome! Loving everything about it. I'm looking forward to the Lore development hehehehe
You can stick a pillager on honey blocks and they won’t be able to jump out from behind a one block barrier.
This season has so much games it's amazing!
You should turn the button into a diamond payment system to ensure your getting a payment for plays.
The game looks beautifull!
That game is awesome I can't do redstone like that!
The game looks good and seems like such a cool game to play
Zoinks! Twisted Targets looks great!
Twisted Targets! YES

You could call the shop Twisted topiary...
False ur builds and games are sooooo good. U could use brick and mangrove wood?

Would like to see Pearl try out your game.
Commenting for the UA-cam algorithm.
