N1000 is singing boy, while R160 Alstom is broken violin, and R160 Siemens is a combo (to me) of N1000 and HK MTR M-train.

Siemens is my favorite also. One reason why this propulsion is gradually disappearing is because substitute parts for the GTO-VVVF propulsion system is becoming unavailable. Also, it sounds like the C651 trains used on the SMRT.
