    I'd definitely do the plyo pushups as the 1st part of the tri-set!

    Alot of this would be applicable for rugby as well, especially for scrummaging in 15s or 7s, but also good for tackle, rucking, mauling, really overall contact skills

    @GarageStrength Thoughts on a BJJ athlete using your wrestling programs? I ask because of the wrestling programs are year-round. The BJJ program is 12 weeks.

    Its great to be super strong...pushing guys around on the mat.
    Until a guy uses your bull strength to toss you.
