Great, as usual. Really sorry that UA-cam and other social media platforms are not weighting such content fairly, they always look for quantity not quality...
Always a pleasure watching your videos, one of a kind in this area I dare to say and many have them to thank for learning the basics in PLC-programming. I think one of your future tutorials should cover the Peek/Poke funktion in SCL since it's very useful. And also the creation of Types in the Libraries Workarea. To the next matter, may i ask you, what is the thing about that everyone don't recommend programming the entire application in SCL? I really don't get it, each function or function block can contain SCL and be called with entering actual parameters to it. It's also easy to extract this as a external source instead of making global and project libraries, maybe also a subject for a future tutorial? Ever since I started out with basics in PLC-programming about 13 years ago and on from there it has been a common problem in my opinion. The naming-conventions of variables for PLC-programmers are OUTRAGEOUSLY bad in reference to my previous work in robot programming. What i believe it has to do with it is when programming in LAD or FBD the area of characters at each parameter gets quite hard to read when having a linebreak at certain points making it sometimes about 4 or 5 lines and gets quite ugly frankly. In SCL there isn't and i find it easier to read a code with a good naming-convention than a poor one only because of the "rules/recommendations" to not do your entire code in SCL. And sure, there is not as easy to troubleshoot for the plant engineer always but that's up to the PLC-programmer as well to make the alarms and indications easy to understand without accessing the code, don't you think? Would be nice to discuss so feel free to fill in anyone.
Tanq sir.. kindly make more video on this topic.. i tried to make loop function in my last project using ladder language but it is some what difficult.. i think it will be easier in this.. kindly make video for for loop and while loop function using scl
I am using WINCC professional runtime V15.1, I want to export a CSV file automatically from my online table control using a VBS script, I already assigned it with hotkey F8 for export data, It's working fine, but every time I should select table view and press F8. Is there is VBscript code to export data and connected with the scheduled tasks? Thanks in advanced
