Renix XJ Fuel Problem | Jeep Turns Off While Driving

Trying to diagnose the fuel issue on my 1989 jeep cherokee xj renix. The jeep will run fine then when I am driving the fuel pump will cut out and the engine will shut off and then sometimes start and sometimes crank no start. Do a few different tests to try to diagnose what is going on to maybe help someone else with this issue or a similar one and can learn from the video
