I’m pretty sure the steps made until 8:00 also enable you to control this with Alexa or Siri! You just need to use Assistant Computer Control for Alexa or the “Execute SSH Script” on iPhone to execute the commands you used in the prompt by telling Alexa or Siri to do so.

For some reason it doesn’t change the ring lighting on my Corsair lcd cooler though?
Any idea why?
If you just switch between Corsair profiles does it change the color? I noticed the other day when I was switching profiles just within iCue that my ring wasn't changing either...
@@haunter56 yeah everything works and switches in iCue itself like it should.
Using the command line only some of my profiles work with the lcd ring and even then it’s not the correct effect.
Screen doesn’t change either when changing profiles via cmd.
My only guess I maybe because Open Cue hasn’t been updated since 2021 maybe the LCD would have to be added for support or something.
Either way I’ll keep playing around with it.
This doesn't work with Murals in iCue5 does it? I have 6 profiles, 4 Murals and 2 standard. Each returns "Profile # active" via cmd prompt instruction (7:00 minute mark) but only the two standard profiles display properly. Nothing happens when a Mural Profile is activated. Thanks. I don't think so. Murals weren't a thing when I made this video. I think the person who made the program also used something else to create it that is different from murals.

found video this while looking for Corsair mouse software - but which app to use New v4.24.193 or one below v3.38.88 (For Legacy Devices) ?
A corsair white Scimitar m65 RGB worth au $85 i found free in a box years ago only trying now
i hit/pushed too hard down on the Gamdias scroll button [] and dislodged it it was a bit strong pushing down all the time
i'll fix L8tr the spring or scroll down button too strong but Corsair seems better []
This only works with iCUE rgb lighting. The GitHub page mentions that it controls lighting through Corsair's sdk game lighting features. I also believe it only works on version 4 of iCUE, but I haven't tried it. It might be possible to control other rgb systems like this using something else.
This works great! Only issue I cant seem to fix is that the CMD window keeps popping up over my game while I'm playing when the command is activated. It's not running in the background it just opens the window then closes it with is a pain if I'm doing things and pressing keys in a game as it just shows up over the game for a second and disables my inputs for a sec and also covers my screen a little.

Is it possible to auto-start this on boot?
You can probably set something up in task scheduler in windows or something like that. 😄
@@haunter56 I got it to work using the trigger "on start" and the action "...\open-cue-service.exe". Now my RGB is off when my PC is locked, perfect! Thanks a lot for this tutorial!
5:25 when i launch the cue service it instantly closes automatically without any error message can somebody help me

now it works the problem was that the priorities.cfg file didnt change to a cfg file so i had to change some settings but now it should work
