I love the way he sets up his blocks, he uses the dip step and is a one cut explosion through the line of scrimmage. Not going to be an every down back but could spell Najee and look good in spurts

Then zone blocking scheme was then introduced and backs started to jump-cut. Have some fun and look up some old guys like Terry Metcalf, Mercury Morris, Franco Harris, Tony Dorset, Eric Dickerson to name a few.

Harris is more of a tank that plows through d lines. Last Year was hard on him. He basically was carrying the whole team because of players like DJ and James Washington kept dropping the ball. Bens health was declining and arm just kept getting worse.

He reminds me so much of Cj Anderson and Doug Martin. He might have the best vision outside of najee on our roster. Good burst too, that offense is almost identical to Canada’s. Heavy pre snap motion and zone blocking, I see why they are interested in him.
This only works if he isn’t used solely to rest Najee for 1-2 plays. Creative play calling with the backup RB’s has been lacking since Bell and D’Angelo Williams.

I was thinking the same thing....though regardless of how good the O Line was for him, you see he reads the blocks before they occur and seems to have a knack for adjusting the run to maximize his blockers. Many times he cuts back bc his field vision was superb and he lets the blocks develop.

All 3 have power and speed. Remember all you have to do is move the chains and a great running game with the recievers on this team and TE lookout.

Najee ran a faster 40? One of Warren's weaknesses is he doesn't have the speed to get to the outside or stretch the field. The tape is deceiving.
