    The recipe and written instruction is different from the video.
    The following ingredients mentioned in the video are missing:
    - 2 Table spoon Brown Sugar
    - 1/3 Cup light soy source
    - 1/3 Cup Shaoxing wine
    Please update the recipe and the written instruction to include them.
    I followed the step by step video and the beef is delicious.

    well done! i'm going add tendon and modify it for the pressure cooker.
