    Hello, thanks for the video. My Dexta was similar, hard to start. In my case it was losing prime. Perhaps before going too far with a rebuild you could investigate the lift pump and rebuild that. Might save you a heap of work. Cheers, John

    I just did rings and bearings in my dexta it had the same issue it was a prick to start cold the biggest problem I had was getting the precombustion chamber caps to seal properly

    Mio zio fratello di mia mamma ha un ford dexta uguale al tuo. Lo ho guidato molte volte ed è molto veloce in terza penso che raggiunga la velocità di 40 chilometri orari veramente bello. Saluti dall'Italia.

    THE WORN TEETH WILL STILL DISENGAGE UNDER LOAD.
    YOU WOULD HAVE HAD SAME EFFECT WITH A BUNGEE HOLDING PTO LEVER FULLY ON.
    INSTEAD OF ALL THAT WORK. I
    IT IS NOT FIXED WITHOUT BOTH GEARED PARTS REPLACED.

    How are the hydraulics on your tractor, it’s been the weak point in my Dexter for years, 40 years ago I tried to rebuild my hydraulics system and all that was available was a seal/gasket set which didn’t help much!

      I have no problem with hydraulics. It lifts front wheels of the ground no problem
