Amazing! Thankyou for sharing. My Sprayer had this exact issue after boxing it up for a year and I pulled it out to do a job and it was not working. I fixed it after watching your video. THANKYOU!!
Bloody brilliant mate. I used one of these for the first time yesterday & when it worked it was brilliant. Halfway through the room though it wasn't pressurising the paint enough & I was constantly cleaning & flushing. I'm off now to check all the stuff you mention here. Many, many thanks from the UK 😀
Hi, enjoyed your video thank you. With My 350, I have a problem , when I turn the prime knob to prime, it primes and paint goes up into pump and back down the small tube back into the paint tin ALL GOOD. I then put the 350 off (turn it to 0) then turn the prime knob to the "spray" position but the paint still goes through the small hose back into the paint tin, plus I get paint going to the gun and the pressure does not build up if I stop spraying ? Any advice would be awsome, thank you.
hi, you have a blockage in your prime spray valve not allowing it to redirect flow, you will need to strip the valve to unblock it, however these are very hard to remove and reinstall. Good luck
That’s an excellent video mate. Mine stopped spraying gradually after light use. I’ve cleaned the inlet valve & can move the ball in the outlet valve. It will squirt water from inlet to outlet when poured in. , but nothing from gun, which is clean / clear. Haven’t tried the blow test yet as of your vid. When Trying to prime , the motor just keeps running, not building any pressure. Any help would be appreciated
that sounds like an issue with either of those valves, only other thing i can think of is if your pump is leaking which is not allowing the pressure to build up
Hi and thanks for great video. After some years my 350 started to leak through the purge/relief valve. I tried to replace both the valve seat and the valve itself, but leak is still there. (Starts to leak at setting 1-2 out of 5) Have you experience anything similar? Suggestions? Regard Tellef
Hey mate, your videos are awesome and easy to follow. I have a 350M and it's done some work. Lately, the gun won't stop spraying when I release the trigger. I tightened the pin on the handle (not sure what the part is called) and that has fixed it. Should I replace the gun or is there a way to service it?
I bought a 150 an start use it 3 days now an today I see paint running from the bottom I'm worried cause I want it to finish my job if u can help me that would be good
That last couple of minutes was bit confusing, but I found that the outlet valve would not let me blow through it even though it seemed to look good, so I ordered a replacement for $17.99. Fingers crossed.
Well done mate , not many people would give up the secrets and do themselves out of work like you have

My control pro 250r stopped working but after looking at this video I was able to resolve it. Thank you 😊

@@westsprayairless8763 Thanks , I’ll try replacing the outlet valve first. The Ceramic seat seams a fraction loose
Good evening, do any of your videos show replacement of the pump assembly? Thank you
Hi no we havent yet done 1 of those

Hey mate I'm tossing up buying one of these or a used 3.21. is the quality there on these things?
i'd buy the 3.21, but id strongly recommend you get it inspected at a workshop first

Hi Frank. There aren't any replacement parts for this gun. Its a throw away once its worn.
@@westsprayairless8763 I'm guessing I can keep adjusting to the point where there's nothing left?
@@westsprayairless8763 also, do you know the model of the gun I need to purchase?
@@frankloschiavo 0517101 or 0517100, exactly the same internals, but they look different on the outside

Take it back to where you purchased it, your pump has prematurely failed
