When you are spraying you need to keep a decent distance from the wall and have the right pressure, if you have lines while spraying it could only mean 3 things 1. Youre pressure on the gun is too low turn it up 2. The nozzle of the gun is dirty with dried up paint. Clean it. 3. Your tip is dead go buy a new one. Also when when spraying do not let go of the triggers otherwise you will splatter paint on the wall and this will be visible. Keep the gun moving while spraying don't not press the trigger and then start moving this can cause runs that can be very difficult to fix if it dries same thing applys when you want to stop, spray away from the wall and continue to move the gun even when you have let go of the trigger this is so you don't do any mistakes.
Just painted my fence with the Control Pro 250m yesterday with the 5 tip and had streaky results where I went a bit faster on the stroke...The coverage where I went a bit slower is superb.
+Shadow Banned Awesome!!! This machine is the secret to proper painting (in my opinion). it saves so much time. Every time I use it I find out more and more tricks how to handle it correctly. 👍🏻
Hi, I've just bought this machine and yet to use it. Tell me as i'm confused, surely having the thicker exterior paint would be better on setting 5 as it has the most pressure to push the thicker paint out? cheers
Sure. If you've got lots of surface to cover, it's worth the finished look. I painted this house with a brush the first time, and it took weeks. There were streaks everywhere. Aerosol looks much better!
I have the same machine, last time I was experiencing a lot of 'spatters' / 'blobs' of paint.. Had it before with the same paint as well, but only 2-3 times on painting a whole house (I kept a clean felt roller at hand just to roll those out). But the last time there was an abundance. I also had a lot of drips forming on the tip (even with a new tip/tip holder assembly). Did you experience this before?
Hi. Yes I have had that happen but it was due to the paint consistency in my case. It's really important to mix the paint thoroughly with a drill and bit. I also add some hot water to the paint... about 1 litre to 10 litres of paint. Outdoor and indoor paint are different tho.

I would like to buy that model ... are the advantages greater than the defects?

For a smooth finish backroll the walls while paint u sprayed is still wet.
