4 or 5 weeks working straight at a time is way too much obligation and exhaustion. The costs and credit requirements doesn't make independent contractor or entrepreneur an option. Nope, leasing an Uber isn't a go either. Our employers don't have any solid principals and values. America has gone MAD and just hates us to no end. It's greed. I guess if one has a 4 day a week high paying job 4 on 4 off for $400k a year could work a second job or start a business, but why wouldn't they be out bass fishing and enjoying life a bit during those 4 days a week off? Isn't $400K enough money earned? I'd be happy if I could get $80 to $100K with 3 day weekends and about 3 to 4 weeks a year to travel and pursue being who I am as a person which is called self actualization. Self Actualization is at the top of Maslov's pyramid of needs. Only a big dream and huge idea that isn't possible for most of us. America didn't turn out right being debt based economic misery with every dollar issued as debt even though you're pay direct deposited is not debt in itself. Our work and business culture needs vast improvements.
