Thanks for always putting on the screen. The conversion of what things cost in US Dollars. Most bloggers don't do that and until we get a used to. The money there. In what things cost even if you just talk on about a sandwich for a piece of fruit and helps that you say every time when it would cost in US doll, I really appreciate that you do that because I am gonna relocate there. I appreciate that you had the captions because it was difficult to understand some of the things that she was saying. Without seeing the words on the screen
Not only does this condo quite literally have everything I want (gym, co working space, pool, greenery) and look beautiful, but Jennifer's apartment is so clean and stylish as well... the pink wall in the studio room that goes with the bed? queen behavior 🎀 . Amazing tour. 🤍🙏🌱 also great choice of background music (I heard Animal Crossing music in a previous vid 😜)
@@Sam_tyler_ Thanks for the vids. Have you come across any apartments with proper co-working spaces like with office chairs rather than sofas or regular chairs?
Thanks for a good quality and entertaining video. I love Oka Haus and I’ve looked at it before but struck it off our list of potential condos because of the distance to Thonglor BTS. The 200m quoted in your video is incorrect and it is a 19 minutes walk to Thonglor BTS which for a lot of people is too far. I usually stay at the Somerset which is closer than Oka Haus to BTS Thonglor and it’s already close to a 10 minute walk. I understand that there’s a free shuttle but in my experience with shuttles in condo buildings, they’re not always available and if someone is already using it you could be in for quite a wait before you can get a ride. If you have to be somewhere, it’s just not a reliable solution and you’ll end up having to get a grab. The facilities there are fantastic, no doubt about it and it’s great to have a grocery store close by but the inconvenient location is a deal breaker for us. It was still nice to look at it again but I’ll stick with condos that are within walking distance of public transport 😊
Really nice condo tour and facilities. The downside is it is kinda far from public transport. No way is rama 4 road 200 meters to thonglor as she said. I used to live at The Crest 34 which is next to thonglor BTS. Even driving from there to rama 4 road where big c, tesco is etc.. You're looking at 5-10 minutes driving depending on traffic and about 2km. Walking you're looking at 20-25 minutes if you're in decent shape. I know they have the free shuttle bus to the BTS station so swings and roundabouts, horses for courses and all that. Always interesting to see where other people live and how much cleaner everyone lives than me haha. Thanks for the video Sam.
lovely flat and some of the nicest interior design ive seen in any building in bangkok. but absolutely not 200m from thong lo bts, google maps says 1.4km. even so it's very tempting!
For a 32 sqm you pay around 2000 baht a month as community fees. Is something to have in account. Maybe the facilities worth the money. thanks for show as .
Can you explain to me how the visas work if I'd go in January. I know that I can get 60+30 days on a tourist visa, the easiest there is but what if I'd want to extend my stay after those 90 days? How does it work or is that not possible? A different kind of visa, or something else?
Renting & cleaning. You are occupying the space nearly a thousand people in the building could be using, but only you get to for 7 consecutive hours. Get some friends and its ok
horriple ower price condo 890$/month, any normal peoples not ewer pay this rent, normal condo can rent less than 300$/month all city in Thailand. only idiot waste lot money only condo.
I don't like it when the title says "condo tour" and then it's 11 minutes in to see the condo. I don't care about gyms, pools, etc unless I like the condo. I didn't make it through the video
‘The Sims’ music for the flat tour is classic. Such an editing Easter egg. Clever
I can't believe how cheap that condo is! Makes me want to pack my bags 🎒 and head over there. 😅😊

Fantastic video with great content. Really enjoyed it. 😊❤🎉😊❤🎉😊❤🎉
Dope video. Moving to Bangkok next month and vlogging about it. Excited to see your progress. Subscriber now.
Thanks 🙏🏻

The only sauna you need in Bangkok, is Bangkok 😊
😂😂
The fact that it's far from BTS about1.4 Km. The price is quite ok for 55sq.m with full amenities.

🙌🏻😁
It's 200m to get to the shuttle bus, which then takes you 1.4km to the BTS.
So beautiful condo and nice view 😮🤗🙂👍🎉🎊
Very 👌🏻

Is flooding a problem in this area ?
I want to rent an apartment there.

Mate, enough free UA-cam videos out there
she was hinting for making some content in the studio after netflix and chill, you didn't read the room Sam lol
What are those slums it looks out onto?
Sansiri condo by former Thai prime minister. ☺️😁🤭😉
6000 THB for cleaning fee ?!?!

Can English people emigrate and live here?
Dang I’m impressed at the lady more than the condo
32000 baht per month or per year in rent? Is there a maintenance fee each year?
Most Thai if let they choose they choose house they don’t care don’t fancy about condo
Yeah each to their own
Not that great of a deal
no offense but my living room is bigger than this entire apartment the lady rented
Coool
