Definitely your cheeks are fuller and overall your face looks plump. I guess the lanluma is working. I wish I could afford it. But here in the USA everything is so over priced. So using diy- threads. I just started so hoping in a few months a see a bit of improvement especially around my lower face. I can't wait for your updated video on the new product 😊

@@claudiaglows i'm going to try to save for it, lol but haven't read of providers using it here in the USA. How much is it over there? Here sculptra is $800 so new product probably much more
So I am not the only one who noticed, your skin is definitely looking plumper and you cheekbones are looking great. Always love your videos, thanks Claudia.
You look amazing Claudia. I love Mdaire, I use the whole line and I also love and use Alastin. My favorite sun protection line is colorscience, love the whole line:)
Thank you for your lovely comment!! Glad to hear you are loving Mdaire as well. I’m need to try some Alastin skincare… Wishing you a beautiful Sunday xx
Hello Dear Claudia. Your cheeks are looking especially full. I know you’ve been on a journey to improve facial fullness / less hollowness in the cheek area. The la luma (sp?) is working! You look as beautiful, healthy and glowing as always. I’m looking forward to trying the new SPF you recommended 😊. Sending you lots of love 💕💜💕

Thank you for your lovely comment Deborah! I think it is the new product., the one I mentioned...And some of it is also from the Adipeau, esp. under my eyes. Wishing you a wonderful day xx
That's SO interesting how you combined the mist with the methlene blue. I may need to try that! And best get my hands on the True Botanicals lifting serum...it's been on the list. And it sounds like I NEED the Aurelia cleanser in my life 😂
I am not sure if it actually does anything, but I am keeping my fingers crossed ;) You would love that cleanser. It is so creamy and smells like a spa.. xo
Interesting you've noticed such a difference with Lanluma compared to Sculptra. From what I've read they're exactly the same product, except Lanluma comes in larger quantities and is therefore cheaper and better for use on larger areas of the body. Do you have an idea why it is more effective on you than the Sculptra was? Did your provider have any input?
Hi Santa, I will actually interview my provider for the video, so we will learn more about Lanluma. But apparently, though it is the same material, the molecule is slightly different, allowing it to be more effective. I can really see quite a big difference from just one vial. Almost more than from all the scuplptra vials combined x
@@claudiaglows Great, looking forward to that. I've had several Sculptra treatments so far but have been on the fence about getting more considering the collagen it creates is scar tissue. I'm not sure whether I want to keep creating scar tissue in my face. Lanluma could potentially be less harmful in that regard if it really is so much more effective; you'd need fewer treatments causing less inflammation and hopefully less scar tissue down the road? Maybe something your provider can shed a light on?
Thanks for sharing your routine, its always useful to find about new products. So interesting about Biologique Recherche, I used to use only this brand exclusively for more than a year with great results, and all of the sudden my skin also became very intolerant to any of their products, giving me hard bumps on my face (mainly cheeks) that were not going away for weeks. I dont know if they changed an ingredient, but i stopped using them and moved to a different brand. Besides, all the reformulations/discontinued serums also become very annoying. Btw your face/cheeks do seem much fuller! can def see a difference! and you look gorgeous as always :)
It is so interesting to hear that you also started reacting to BR. I used to absolutely love their products, but now all I use is the P50W. What brand are you using now? Thank you for your very kind words. xo
@@claudiaglows yes me too, I now only use p50, Lait VIP and mask Vivant. But none of the serums and creams. As a trial, after 4 months of using Sisley, I gave BR another go (first serum Dermopore, later cream Elastine ), and both times couple days later got bumps again. So BR is def a no no.
I definitely see a difference in your cheek area too They look great. Very filled in. I have been using Reviv growth factor serum for several months. Between tretinoin, OneSkin, Calecim, Photozyme, Vit C serum, red light therapy, microneedling… etc, etc I have no idea what is doing what anymore. Thank you for your very kind and thoughtful comment! I am very happy to hear that sharing my journey is helpful. Yes, absolutely. I am actually talking about it in my nighttime routine coming up next week. But I have been using a lash serum by.Reviv. It is prostaglandin free, and I really think it’s doing a good job. . Thank you for this video! I am going to try many of these products. In your opinion,, what would be a good product to target texture and large pores? Your skin looks amazing!!
Hi, thank you so much for being here, and for your thoughtful comment. For me, the product that has made the biggest difference in my skin, aside from sunscreen, is definitely Retin A. Do you use any retinoids in your routine? You don’t necessarily have to use Retin-A, you could use a retinol or retinol the retinalfehyde. Or, you could just get a prescription for Retin-A, and start with that very slowly. I started once a week, for four weeks, then twice a week for four weeks and so on, so it took me seven months to be able to use it every night. But like I said, it has made a huge difference. x
I can't say this very often because its rare i see someone take action to change their appearance with such noticable differences without surgery etc and i know you did the scupltra but im really impressed with your results of what you are doing i dont have the same gauntess as you but i really see the diff in you.
Thank you for your kind comment and feedback! I have to say, while at first I did not see much of a difference, I am happy now to see how my skin and body are responding to the bio stimulator and as you said, am glad to see it is possible to see changes without surgery. x

Hi my beautiful Claudia!!! I cannot use anything on my face right now... my skin is reactive too and i don't know how , i didn't notice, some products i tried using gave me dermatitis. Now everything burns, unfortunately and sunscreen, i have a chemical one. Love you!!!
I am so sorry to hear that my sweet friend! Give your skin some love. Sometimes when we go through a tuff emotional time, our skin will react. Sending a very big hug your way and please know you can always reach out xo
I think that in the hands of the right provider, both are very safe. Both need to be diluted and scupltra needs to be diluted for longer to reduce the risk of nodules. As far a s autoimmune disorders, I will ask my doctor about Lanluma, but am assuming it is the same as with sculptra, which is contraindicated if one has an autoimmune disease x
Thank you!!! I do love the Maysama serum, but as I mentioned, I rotate things around somewhat frequently, so I am sure it will come back into rotation soon Lots of love xx
Hi Claudia, That is so interesting about the OneSkin. I am still using it and was using 1 pump AM & PM, but not seeing much benefit, although it feels nice. Then I noticed that Bryan Johnson shows using 3 pumps in his skincare regime to reverse skin aging, and I thought I'd try that, but my skin felt burny with 3 pumps so I have backed off. Now alternating 1 pump AM, 2 pumps PM. It is OK, but I don't know how long it takes for an older person to see any changes. It is very expensive, too. It is strange how we can love something, then have to stop it. I am still using the Renue face serum, now the methylene blue. I like how it feels and smells, but is it really doing anything????? I hope this week will be less stressful and more joyful.
Hi, great to hear from you and thank you for your kind comment. Yes, this week is much better, thank you so much. You know, I saw Brian Johnson use it and of course I was intrigued and tried it again, but it still stung. Interesting that at 3 pumps you feel it stinging as well. I think it is so hard to know what is working and what does what. And sometimes it takes a village:). Glad to hear you are liking the Renue face serum. xo
Hi Nathalia, thank you for your lovely comment. Yes, I actually talk about that in my evening skincare routine coming up next week. I have been using a product called Reviv Lash serum xx

Hi Kim Honestly I just put a a couple of drops in the 250 ml There us a lot of conflicting information about how much MB to use and I could not find a real answer. But a do think that it’s best to use a bit less rather than more Wishing you a great day x
Thanks for sharing . The most important part is about sunscreen. Can you tell please how much do you put sunscreen? It doesn’t looks like you put enough (or maybe it’s because it’s not so white) . Usually people say to use 1/4 of the tea spoon. I use 2 fingers. I watch UA-cam Chanel of “Korean dermatology institute”. They found that not all sunscreens are give 4 pluses protection as it’s written on the label. Already for 3 years to 1 ranking is Lab series sunscreen. Also I like frudia ( he wasn’t in the research) Dr G sunscreen (green tube) is the best physical sunscreen (almost doesn’t Leave white color) . they all cost around $10. Your is quite expensive cream, but definitely great one to use.
Hi, thank you for being here. You are right, sunscreen is the most important. I usually use 2 finger lengths. The one I use in this video leaves not cast, so even if you use 5 fingers, it is still clear. But yes, it is a bit expensive :( Thank you for sharing some of your favorites, I will def. look into them x
Bluelene says that you cannot use methylene blue when you are using retinol products because they do opposite things. I didn't want to give up my retinaldehyde but I did to use Bluelene. What do you think about mixing your retinol with the MB in your mist?

Thank you so much Maggie

Hi my beautiful Claudia!!! I cannot use anything on my face right now... my skin is reactive too and i don't know how , i didn't notice, some products i tried using gave me dermatitis. Now everything burns, unfortunately and sunscreen, i have a chemical one. Love you!!!
I am so sorry to hear that my sweet friend! Give your skin some love. Sometimes when we go through a tuff emotional time, our skin will react. Sending a very big hug your way and please know you can always reach out

Is laluma safer than Sculptra? I’ve been wary of trying sculptra due to the horror stories of granulomas and auto immune disorders.
I think that in the hands of the right provider, both are very safe. Both need to be diluted and scupltra needs to be diluted for longer to reduce the risk of nodules. As far a s autoimmune disorders, I will ask my doctor about Lanluma, but am assuming it is the same as with sculptra, which is contraindicated if one has an autoimmune disease

You are looking fabulous Claudia! ^_^ 💜 No mention of Maysama serum? Have you quit using it?
Celestial blessings 💜
Thank you!!! I do love the Maysama serum, but as I mentioned, I rotate things around somewhat frequently, so I am sure it will come back into rotation soon
Lots of love

@@claudiaglows ~ Thanks so much for explaining :) Love your videos and love you! ^_^ 💜

My beautiful friend! I love you and your videos!! ❤
I missed you Alexandra!!! Glad you are here and love you as well ❤️
Claudia , you are so great ! What have you been doing to your eyelashes ? Any product?
Hi Nathalia, thank you for your lovely comment. Yes, I actually talk about that in my evening skincare routine coming up next week. I have been using a product called Reviv Lash serum

Hi Katie
Glad to hear you’re enjoying taking MB internally. If you end up using it externally, please keep us posted on your results.
Oh I will ! I tend to have puffy uner eyes in the am but today wow so much better ! Energy on MB has been fantastic so far ! Please anyone reading make sure you educate yourself on MB and how to take it safely
@@katewolfhill9910 that is great to hear. May I ask which brand you use and how much of it?

Can you apply the adiepeu cream on forehead nose and under eyes? Or do you avoid those and use it on only cheeks
You can, and I do under the eyes. But there really is not much fat on the forehead or nose, so it seems wasteful to apply it there

Claudia, you are absolutely stunning!!!
Such a beautiful woman inside & out.. I got your Joseph or something 😂 sun cream and gave loved it BUT your eyelashes - please tell me what you do because they look amazing!!! I stopped using eyelash serum but then my lashes slowed right down after the growth/dropping stint etc. what do you use if anything and do you use clear mascara too? Thank you my lovely ❤❤❤
You are such an absolute sweetheart and your comments never fail to put a smile on my face!
Thank you!!
Yes, I actually talk about that in my night time routine, which will be up next week. I started using a product called Reviv Lash serum. It is prostaglandin free but really seems to work. Thats all I use, no mascara or clear mascara

Is there a special formula you worked out with the mist and methylene blue to get the correct dose based on A study? Thanks you for everything you share!!!
Hi Kim
Honestly I just put a a couple of drops in the 250 ml
There us a lot of conflicting information about how much MB to use and I could not find a real answer. But a do think that it’s best to use a bit less rather than more
Wishing you a great day

Thanks for sharing . The most important part is about sunscreen. Can you tell please how much do you put sunscreen? It doesn’t looks like you put enough (or maybe it’s because it’s not so white) . Usually people say to use 1/4 of the tea spoon. I use 2 fingers.
I watch UA-cam Chanel of “Korean dermatology institute”. They found that not all sunscreens are give 4 pluses protection as it’s written on the label. Already for 3 years to 1 ranking is Lab series sunscreen. Also I like frudia ( he wasn’t in the research)
Dr G sunscreen (green tube) is the best physical sunscreen (almost doesn’t Leave white color) . they all cost around $10.
Your is quite expensive cream, but definitely great one to use.
Hi, thank you for being here. You are right, sunscreen is the most important. I usually use 2 finger lengths. The one I use in this video leaves not cast, so even if you use 5 fingers, it is still clear. But yes, it is a bit expensive :(
Thank you for sharing some of your favorites, I will def. look into them

Can definitely see the results from Sculptra
Hi Rachel, I can now finally as well. But it really is the Lanluma, just one vial made such a difference...

Bluelene says that you cannot use methylene blue when you are using retinol products because they do opposite things. I didn't want to give up my retinaldehyde but I did to use Bluelene. What do you think about mixing your retinol with the MB in your mist?
That's a good question, but I've read that it's safe to use methylene blue in conjunction with retinol. I've had no problem using it with Tretinoin.
Hi Anna, personally I use the MB in the morning and my retinoid at night. When I talked to Dr Cao, she said that Bluelene really did not have any adverse reactions with other actives..

Same here :)

@@claudiaglows thank you. I think I will go back to my retinaldehyde at night and use the cream in the daytime. I don't feel right dropping it lol

Should the Methylene Blue be in a container like a dark
amber glass bottle? How long can this mixture last in a spray bottle?
Those are great questions and I honestly do not know the answer to them
@@claudiaglows thank you for your response, I have just received the Methylene Blue you added to one of your videos, I am incorporating it in body creamand would love to add it to my face moisturizing spray, have you tried this on your scalp as well I have read its good for stimulating blood flow to the scalp and helping in hair strength and growth?
sorry I could not be more helpful. No, I have not tried it on my scalp. But please keep me posted. I would say less is more, as too much becomes an oxidant@@nycsugar6522
@@claudiaglows your videos helped me out greatly, I truly enjoy watching your informative videos, I have just read that methylene blue is light sensitive in potency and it should be kept in a light proof bottle and also a safe room temperature. I have screen shot some journals I can send to you if you have a email address I can forward this information to you.
I also use MDAIRE skin care line, I have very sensitive skin and this line is the only one I use , I also use( Is Clincal ACTIVE serum) and Osmosis RESCUE ) these 2 products are amazing for sensitive skin that break out or react to oils or creams in skincare, AMAZING!
Have you stopped using OneSkin, Photozyme, and Calecim?
Hi Liz, I actually talk about Oneskin and why I no longer use it in this video. As for the Calecim, I still love their hair serum and use the professional serum here and there, but stoped using the MAC because I had the same reaction as with Oneskin. Still loving the Photozyme serum, but not currently using it.

When I first saw you on this video I did a double take, I thought, wow your cheeks are really filling in, especially in the front I see a large area of brand new tissue that wasn't there before! At first I thought it must be that adipeau cream before you told us about the new Sculptra! I don't believe in Adipeau because the scientist said retin-a causes facial fat loss and it doesn't. Did the price of that go up from $49.00 to $75.00 now? Wow! I'm so glad for you, Claudia. You know I love your videos, but I hate when you say it's time to go! Well I'll just have to wait until the next one~
You are a sweetheart and I am really happy you are here! I am with you on the whole retin a debate and do not believe it causes facial fat loss.
I am not sure if the cream was cheaper before, but it is $75 now, which is quite steep.
Thank you for your thoughtful and kind comment, lots of love

Thank you Claudia😊!
