Hi, I take NMN, TMG, Sirt6 Activator, Resveratrol, sulforaboost, HA, collagen, Quercetin from Do not age. I love them! I also take multivitamin and Magnesium from Mary Ruth Organics, from cymbiotica: Glutathione, Magnesium and shilajit. Seeing that we utilize many of the same brands and that you are also having positive results is awesome!
Great video Claudia ! It seems what your doing works . I take so many supplements as well . My endocrinologist told me to take D3/k2 at night with your calcium magnesium for better absorption for osteoporosis and relaxation . I feel a huge improvement in the way I feel since I’ve been taking Donotage . Hope your having a wonderful week ❌⭕️
Hi sweet Sue, thank you for your kind words. I am so happy to hear that you are feeling a difference from the DoNotAge products Sending a big hug your way xoxo
Hi Claudia, wow, I’ve got to get on the supplement train and really start taking a few of these especially those for inflammation and muscle loss. I will have to re watch some of your supplement videos and check them out in depth. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving. I hope you will have Hubby home, if not enjoying with friends. I’m like you, it’s just me and my precious shadow Phoebe. 😊
Hi sweet Karla I don’t think any of these unnecessary, especially if you feel like you’re doing well Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving as well. Unfortunately, my husband won’t be here until New Year’s Eve, but I’m very much looking forward to that. Lots of love to you and Phoebe ❤️
Happy Holidays to Gorgeous healthy Claudia!!! You inspire me!! Loved this video! Omg your skin has never looked better ...wow!!!! Stunning really. Sending you love & light from Kenosha, Wisconsin
@annemette I agree with you 💯. There's not even a point to mention it to the Gps, they don't want to admit the lack of nutrition. That's why we must search ourselves too, Dietriciants
I’m breastfeeding my second and last little baby - I’ve been pregnant and/or breastfeeding since December 2021, and although I’m in no rush to stop, when I do, I will be revisiting this video and filling my cart!
Thank you lovely Claudia 🙏. You take such precious care of yourself, and I appreciate you sharing how all these goodies work! As for an electrolyte drink, the one I consume has three times the amount of electrolytes than any other brand, all natural, and pink Himalayan salt. It comes in various flavours and is absolutely yummy! 😋 One of them, has NAC to help glutathione biosynthesis, vitamin C from acerola berry, and vitamin D. Sending love to you beautiful and to your Sam 😘💗🐶🐢
Hi gorgeous, your electrolyte drink sounds amazing, will you share the brand with us? As always, thank you for all your love and support, I very much appreciate you x
@@claudiaglows Equally Guapa Claudia. I, and am sure I can speak for all of the other wonderful ladies in your community, really appreciate You 🥰. Will share this information with you. 🌙💗
I am taking many of these supplements. Others I take are CoQ10, R-Lipoic acid, magnesium glycinate & L-threonate, olive oil leaf extract, various Pendulum products, French maritime pine bark, mitopure (but testing it out as it’s very expensive). A few others as well.
Hi John Wow, you take some supplements I have never even heard about. Good for you. I need to look into some of them. Please keep us posted on how the Mitopure is working for you x
@@claudiaglows French maritime bark is Pycnogenol. There are many studies of this compound. I drink a tablespoon a day of olive oil along with leaf oil extract. Polyphenols are the plant’s protection from sun damage and most of this protection is found in the leaves.
Hi love. Can you do a video on what supplements or what things are best to be incorporated into the lifestyle of someone in her 20’s? If you had a choice to advise your younger self what would it be? I do want to better take care of myself and thank my self for the good care after 15-20 years from now. This can be anything between beauty, health, body strength, anything really! Would love to know more and learn from your wisdom.
Thank you very very much for sharing… this is valuable information ❤❤❤…I was wondering how does the Cymbiotika vitamin C and glutathione tastes… I’m buying now a brand from my health store they taste awful. Please let me know if they taste good.. love your videos so much ❤
Hi Kamilla, thank you for being here. The Cymbiotica Vitamin C tastes really good, which is probably another reason I have not made my own again, as the one I make tastes horrible as well. The Glutathione is not bad, but not as good as the C. x
Hello Claudia, your skin looks absolutely fantastic, thank you so much for making these videos and helping us navigate the many supplements. ❤️ A separate note maybe interesting: A very interesting article I discovered was speaking of the vitamin C intake and how dose of 2°000mg during winter is beneficial for ours skin, also they mentioned the citric acid found in citrus fruits. Since I had started to drink lemon juice approximately 12ml organic lemons every day mixed with water the skin appears much brighter. I believe the grapefruit juice also helps. Have you noticed any interesting experiences about citrus fruits? The other interesting thing is that first thing in the morning before drinking any coffee I am drinking a large cup of water which has been boiled in kettle and allowing to cool slightly but still warm, this has helped with skin plumping and clarity is brighter. Wishing you a great week and thank you again for your fantastic information. Much ❤️
Hi, thank you for your lovely comment. Yes, Vitamin C is crucial for collagen production. So maybe the extra C plus extra hydration is what is making such a difference in your skin Wishing you a wonderful rest of your week x
Thank you for sharing Gorgeous Claudia and you're so knowledgeable! What would be your second desert island supplement? I take Vitamin C, D, K2 and an Omega at this time. I eat primarily a plant based diet, but do include dairy. I hope you're having a wonderful week. xo
Hi beautiful, that is a great question! I think in my case B12. That is another one I have noticed a big difference with, esp. when I was low in it and started supplementing. If you eat primarily plant based, it might be something you want to look into I hope you are well and your week is filled with fun projects x
Thank you Claudia! You are my supplement queen :) I started my supplement journey after watching your videos so thank you for all the insights. Quick question for you, have you stopped taking Resveratrol or is this part of your rotation? Thanks!
Hi, thank you for your kind comment. I have actually never used Resveratrol. I tried it years ago for a few days and did not like the way it made me feel x
I hope you and Sam are doing well! Thank you for all this amazing information! I use mostly Do Not Age supplements, thanks to your previous videos. I don’t take all of them but I’m working on adding more and the Black Friday sale is a good time to add some. I take NMN, TMG, vitamin D and K2, Probiotic with magnesium and B12, Omega 3, collagen and Creatine. Now my dogs are getting their supplement as well. I definitely notice improvements in my skin, joints, sleep, energy level, my hair, digestion and sleep. And my pups are acting much younger and more energetic! I love this company. They’re amazing with answering questions too! Thank you for introducing them to me! 🙏🏻💕🐶🐾🦴
Hi Sandra, thank you for your kind comment. It makes me happy to hear that you had such a great experience with the products and the company itself. ❤️
Good morning beautiful lady ☀ Your supplements are working for you. I drink Dr Goldner’s green smoothie everyday which I feel is hyper nourishing. The supplements I take are B12, vitamin D, omega 3, iodine, magnesium glycinate and turmeric. I think one of the most important supplement is SUN ☀ I am always thinking about taking NMN but just haven’t gotten around to it. I just turned 65 and feel pretty good. Thanks for your invaluable videos. Love you 😘
Hi gorgeous, thank you for your lovely comment! It sounds like you are doing amazing and what you are doing is working for you. You might not need to add NMN if you are feeling good. But if you ever do, please keep us posted Lots of love xo
What a list Claudia. Amazing. For pills I take D-K2, turmeric, krill oil, C, digestive enzymes & magesium 8 (has 8 types of mag). For powder, creatine, fober and collagen. I hate taking oills. I wish I could take everything in unflavored powdera
Hello, first I just wanted to say thank you for all your videos and the time and effort you put into them. They’re always so informative and excellent. On this video you spoke about several supplements that you’re taking one in particular jumped out at me,Quercertin, I too seem to have always the right side of my nose closed up at various times of the day they’ve checked for polyps and said there are none but it’s always closed up and I don’t want to use the congestion cause they raise your blood pressure and they’re not good for you. So I was very excited when you spoke about the quercetin. However, when I looked it up, it says that it’s probably not safe to take every day and it could cause liver damage or kidney damage. Have you read any of this? Do you take it every day? Do you take breaks from it? What kind of dosing do you do with this product. Thank you for any information.❤
Hi, I have not heard about this, but will def. do some further research. I am wondering if that is at high doses. I just take one capsule a day, which I believe is 200 mg x
Hi Claudia. Can’t thank you enough for all the information you share with us. I have finally received my Do Not Age order. NMN TMG Sirt 6 Creatine Hyaluronic Acid Sulforaboost Spermadine Berberine. How many scoops of NMN do you take and what’s the equivalent in TMG supplements.? Do you take all these supplements in the morning apart from the ones you mentioned you take at night . I also take magnesium at night and Krill oil and D3 -K in the morning. Looking forward to this journey. I exercise daily and am also 55 years of age. No health issues yet , just checking out the source of high Calcium. Running more tests . I also started a new skincare regime . Am loving the results already !
Hi Jacqueline, I am so glad that some of my videos are helpful to you. I take the same amount of NMN to TMG, between 1-1.5 g. 1 scoop of NMN is 500 mg, one capsule of TMG is 500mg I actually talk about how I take my supplements in this video, if you have not watched it, please do so, as it is complicated to break it all down I hope you will benefit greatly from the supplements. You might want to start one or two at a time and wait for a few days before starting the next, just to see how you respond Please keep me posted xo
@ thanks for your prompt reply. I’ve watched the video but couldn’t figure out the amount of scoops so thanks for clarifying. That’s a great idea actually not to start all the supplements at once .. I’ll keep you posted how it goes. Keep the videos rolling. Love the vibe and your glow .. good day.
Thank you for so informative video.3 months ago i ordered Avea collagen booster but they suggested to take it after a meal and also contains AKG.I agree with you i should take it on an empty stomach.
I like to take it before exercise because I’m study suggested taking collagen powder for exercise can be beneficial. But I think it probably works within without food. Have you noticed any difference from it?
I didnt notice any difference till now.I ordered two packages more and I will see the difference take it on an empty stomach. I will inform you if you like.Thank Claudia .Much love to you.
Terrific video. Can I ask the dosage you take for some where dosage wasn’t mention such as fisetin, hyaluronuc acid, etc. Also, what is your opinion of Urolithin A supplements. Thanks.
Hi John, thank you for being here. Of course, I am sorry I forgot to mention that. I take between 2 and 4 of the HA and about 3000 mg of Fisetin (but only for 2-3 days out of the month) I have not tried Urolithin A, but just ordered a sample. Will keep you posted x
Great video Claudia! I taka most of these and will try some of the Do Not Age ones you mentioned...curious to know what you feel LDN does for you? Thanks ! Cheers from NYC
Thank you for being here for your kind comment. Regarding the LDN, I do feel that it has helped me overcome my mold injury as well as my Covid vaccine injury. It is said to be good for the immune system and some even say it is anti-cancer.
You know, Claudia, Dr. Brad Stanfield posted a video on supplementing with Gluthatione. He cautions about using a liposomal glutathione supplement, as a cause of incurring a... Edit❗️ - here's what I wanted to tell you, Claudia... Dr. Brad Stanfield posted a video cautioning against taking liposomal gluthathione. Reason being (& this is study supported) that our mitochrondria makes gluthathione out of a mix of glycine and N-Acetylcisteine (NAC). Apparently, the cell 'decides' how much of each precursor to use...depending on ratio's needed - which may differ. This works out O.K. if we take an oral Glutathione supplement. However, with a lipisomal Glutathione supplement - the cell is forced to accept the whole glutathione molecule. It's been found in studies, that forcing the cell to accept the whole Glutathione molecule can result in a pro-oxidant effect, rather than the anti-oxidant effect that Glutathione offers. Thus, we could end up with a ROS (reactive oxygen species.) effect. At least, this was my understanding of what he explained in the video he posted (last year, I think?) In any event, I encourage you to find & watch his YT video. I'm reasonably certain it's still up. Just key his name into YT search engine - probably along with the word Glutathione, and hopefully you can find it. I really like what you had to say about NMN... I've decided to give DNA's NMN & tmg (already taking TMG) a go with their black Friday Sale. Can't hurt to try & see what effect it'll have for me - a 3 month supply of each in their B/F bundle for $113 is a great deal! IDK if you also take Hyaluronic acid supplement from DNA. (I got as far as your mention of liposomal Glutathione in this video, then stopped to write to you about that- and didn't watch the rest of this video. Anyway, I started DNA's HYA supplement a few weeks ago. Have not noticed any effect as yet. But there seems to be a controversy as whether low molecule HYA or high molecule is better. Dr. Stanfield has now switched from high molecular weight HYA, to low molecular (based on studies on better absorption with low molecular). Turns out that DNA's HYA supplement is high molecular weight(!) - so I bought theirs - based on Stanfield's original video about the supplement. But now he's come out with another video on HYA & now it's the low molecular weight he recommends, for better absorption! I just found a 2nd scientist who is also recommending the low molecular version. His name escapes me rn, but his channel is 'physionics'. I'm following him because he has a bioscience PHD & gives a good (understandable) breakdown of various studies (& meta-analyses) - and he covers studies for quite a few different supplements. But now I just dont know what to think about HYA supplements - low molecular weight, or high?🤷♀️ I'll probably email the DNA folks & see what they have to say. But I am curious as to what you know on the subject -? I apologize for the length here. I just don't know how to write a short/sweet comment😬🙄
Yes! Thanks for responding, Claudia. Ran into an issue with posting - which sometimes happens IDK why. So, I copied the whole (lengthy text) with the intention of pasting it to a new comment. I have found that this generally works. This time it didn't, obviously. After selecting & copying - I ended up elsewhere on YT, somehow - and c/n find your video! Had no idea that it partially posted. Rather than including the gist of the text here, I'll go back & edit the OP.
I adore you. You are legit. 😻 I hate collagen powder because even though I use mixer, they always clump and I hate putting it in coffee or hot beverages even though they dusolve easier in hot beverages. Does your collagen powder clump? 😢
Thank you ❤️ I know, the whole collagen thing sounds pretty gross. The one I use is not a collagen supplement, but a collagen builder. It doesn’t clump and taste pretty good. x
I have tried the collagen peptides from Do Not Age. i noticed a big difference. I am am trying to decide on a second product on their site.. do you have any suggestions.. I find these products alittle expensive Thanks Claudia..
Of all of those supplements I only take D3 K2 😅 But I also take Omega 3 😁. Thanks for sharing!!! Ohhh I almost forget, I'm also planning to start making the L.reuteri yogurt from Dr. Davis recepie. Do you know about It? Any thoughts?? Thanks! 😊
Danke!
It may seem alot but you look alot younger and healthier and attractive than 3 years ago - in comparison to your older videos when you were younger in age. It's obviously worth doing
Hi Claudia❤.. I take both of those supplements but the booklet says to take the TMG at night. Is there a reason why you’re taking it in the morning with the NMN… I just went according to the booklet and took NMN in the morning and TMG at night. Let me know thanks. Ps I take a lot of what you are taking, but I also take liquid iodine. It’s called perfect iodine body really needs iodine for a lot of things like magnesium. I’ve been taking it for about a year and a half and I think it’s a good thing.
Hi Colleen, for some taking TMG at night improves their sleep. It does not do that for me, which is why I take it in the morning. Have you noticed that it helps with your sleep to take it at night? And yes, Iodine is very important. I do take it on and off and I also eat a lot of seaweed x
Hi Claudia- Thanks so much for all your research and sharing with us. Have you found that creatine causes you any kind of weight gain? Or any side effects at all? xox
thank you for your kind comment. No weight gain or side effects at all. The very first day I took it, my stomach was a bit upset, but that went away on day 2 and has not returned I think weight gain with it, which is really just water gain, happens when high doses are taken, but not at 5-10g x
@ Oh ok! That’s great to hear. It’s something I’ve been wanting to try but I kept reading about weight gain. Btw- Happy Thanksgiving, fellow San Diegan!😄❤️
People do give LDN to their dogs. I gave it to Sam for a while, but she really hated the taste so I stopped. However, currently I have a rapamycin. You might wanna look into that.
Hello, I hope you don't mind me sharing my thoughts on this, My friend has two large Doberman and they are approaching 12 years, she has been using cod liver oil in the dog's food since two years ago and the change is noticeable, the flexibility and strength increased in both dogs, the fur is very bright and gleaming. Strangely enough when she visits with her dogs they look much younger than their age and they are very active since she began this supplement. I hope this might be useful to you. ❤
The brand Ultima is what I use for electrolytes & I find them to be very tasty. Maybe they would be more gracious to you than LMNT. They are available on Amazon & Whole Foods & I guess their website (I’ve purchased on Amazon)
Hi Claudia. I cant beleive LMNT wouldnt give you a code. I guess tthey dont care about generating more business. I use Redmonds Salt and it has 800mg of sodium. Great customer service too
I love cymbiotika but the price? Not so much. Their vitamin c is liposomal but it’s not worth that price tag. Just my opinion. There’s other liposomal versions that are lower priced.
Claudia, be careful taking NAC daily (if you do). I have done a lot of research and it should be cycled. It expels mucous from the body and we need a proper mucosal lining to protect us from viruses and bacteria. It makes sense to take it if you have a long term problem like COPD, Asthma or long haul covid. I did take it for 9 months to help with long haul symptoms but now just take it when I feel like I am getting sick. Just a thought. If you have found different, I would love to know. My doctors were clueless when I asked so no help from any medical professionals
That is really interesting and I have not heard of this, but will def. do some research. Thank you for bringing this up Joanna. Yes, unfortunately most doctors are useless when it comes to nutrition and supplements, which is why our own research is so important and it sounds like you are on top of that x
Yes you as well! I just didn’t want you to do any harm in the long run in case you noticed your body’s mucusal lining getting too dry (nose bleeds, dry cough, constipation). I think it works faster than anything in times of illness though so I always have it at home!
I am concerned about taking creatine due the it holding in to water in your body and causes weight gain. Thoughts? I cancelled my order after doing some research.
Any weight gain is just water weight and to me not of concern. And at 5 g, I really have not noticed any of that. Weight gain, or water weight gain usually happens at much higher doses
@@claudiaglows ok thank you good to know. I am not able to work out much these days. I’m alone with Dad for a couple of months and running to and fro to Mom. I think you said that creatine can still benefit you aside from supporting workouts.
Hi, it is this one, but you can def. use DoNotAge brand as well, it is just not plant based www.amazon.com/Sports-Research-Plant-Based-Verified-Certified/dp/B07255MPRN/ref=sr_1_5_pp?crid=L4Z4AP1R58KX&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.pk2_Uu2bFegmyL2iLd_zjAhMBt7zfCPd_tREG_zaXi7UV6CzKeGkbeywAymoYPCjm0cQLnwqxkXVjJnFgJMm08DpvN5O-ojD8_hvmbbT2X3OhJy9j6WrvVK45cZ1Uc2iPWufG1dFaEUjxz0fFlYaZgBgKHCzWG0iJD9gr1_r0vcO_ot4JtDLWcQVRqLq5CJxPtiazNh0O0NgV3GzmZWR3wU_I4w7e1eIOl0eOEqQmID1_l6XrispvbG5lxBDqd46ACn_u192mCAY766OoGGb77Qy1jW9JYgUP5I_FaHtqtE.HEDBA_TJkcb1B4_Jv4fqSDJnAEAH-DA6bCm8cArimL0&dib_tag=se&keywords=vegan+d3+k2+vitamin+5000+iu&qid=1732734210&sprefix=vegan+d3+%2Caps%2C181&sr=8-5
Thanks! I am observing, though, that your skin looks great - but it does seem like the glow on your skin may be the result of oil on your skin - ?? Not unattractive, but in my pov the glow looks like oil, rather than a 'natural' glow. May be my imagination(?) Or - it may be the camera and/or something to do with your lighting🤷♀️
I am coming from Europe and now living in the tropics in Centroamerica. I brought all my electric stuff and my chargers with me and everything works very well with an adapter. EU-US. its cheap and you can buy it on amazon. I bought some before I started my journey. The keyword "cheap" is my next topic. I really like to improve my skin, because I am over 50 and I see how my skin now needs extra attention... I started to get a new routine and now I also bought some items and cosmetic that youtuber are recomending. I just found your channel yesterday, but to be honest I am speechless. How much does all this suplement costs per day? Have you done a calculation? Could be over 30 dollar. And on top all the external scincare and devices.. and in office treatments too... So for someone with low income or without husband or a single mum and most women in Centroamerica this is not possible to do. So I am asking you to make a video with the must haves in your opinion. For all of us ladys that can affort an expense of 100- 250 a month for beauty products.

Hi John
Wow, you take some supplements I have never even heard about. Good for you. I need to look into some of them. Please keep us posted on how the Mitopure is working for you

@@claudiaglows French maritime bark is Pycnogenol. There are many studies of this compound. I drink a tablespoon a day of olive oil along with leaf oil extract. Polyphenols are the plant’s protection from sun damage and most of this protection is found in the leaves.
You're looking wonderful Claudia. I really need to go back to nmn, which is amazing for energy levels.

Hi, I can definitely make that video, in fact, I think it’s cute idea, thank you for the suggestion and for being here❤️
Your skin is beautiful! Thank you for sharing.

Hello Claudia, your skin looks absolutely fantastic, thank you so much for making these videos and helping us navigate the many supplements. ❤️
A separate note maybe interesting:
A very interesting article I discovered was speaking of the vitamin C intake and how dose of 2°000mg during winter is beneficial for ours skin, also they mentioned the citric acid found in citrus fruits.
So maybe the extra C plus extra hydration is what is making such a difference in your skin
Wishing you a wonderful rest of your week

Thank you for sharing Gorgeous Claudia and you're so knowledgeable! What would be your second desert island supplement? I take Vitamin C, D, K2 and an Omega at this time. I eat primarily a plant based diet, but do include dairy. I hope you're having a wonderful week. xo
Hi beautiful, that is a great question! I think in my case B12. That is another one I have noticed a big difference with, esp. when I was low in it and started supplementing. If you eat primarily plant based, it might be something you want to look into

Suzanne Sommers did all of this and winded up dying anyway! I guess it’s worth the try! Good luck!
I think we can do everything right and then things can still go wrong. But, as you said it’s worth a try.
I just take one capsule a day, which I believe is 200 mg

Hi Claudia. Can’t thank you enough for all the information you share with us. I have finally received my Do Not Age order.
NMN
TMG
Sirt 6
Creatine
Hyaluronic Acid
Sulforaboost
Spermadine
Berberine.
1 scoop of NMN is 500 mg, one capsule of TMG is 500mg
I actually talk about how I take my supplements in this video, if you have not watched it, please do so, as it is complicated to break it all down
I hope you will benefit greatly from the supplements. You might want to start one or two at a time and wait for a few days before starting the next, just to see how you respond
Please keep me posted

At least, this was my understanding of what he explained in the video he posted (last year, I think?)
In any event, I encourage you to find & watch his YT video.
Turns out that DNA's HYA supplement is high molecular weight(!)
- so I bought theirs - based on Stanfield's original video about the supplement.
But now he's come out with another video on HYA & now it's the low molecular weight he recommends, for better absorption!
I just found a 2nd scientist who is also recommending the low molecular version.
His name escapes me rn, but his channel is 'physionics'.
I'm following him because he has a bioscience PHD & gives a good (understandable) breakdown of various studies (& meta-analyses)
- and he covers studies for quite a few different supplements.
But now I just dont know what to think about HYA supplements - low molecular weight, or high?🤷♀️
I'll probably email the DNA folks & see what they have to say. But I am curious as to what you know on the subject -?
I apologize for the length here. I just don't know how to write a short/sweet comment😬🙄
Hi Barbara, I think you cut of the last part of your sentence..

People do give LDN to their dogs. I gave it to Sam for a while, but she really hated the taste so I stopped.
However, currently I have a rapamycin. You might wanna look into that.
Hello, I hope you don't mind me sharing my thoughts on this,
My friend has two large Doberman and they are approaching 12 years, she has been using cod liver oil in the dog's food since two years ago and the change is noticeable, the flexibility and strength increased in both dogs, the fur is very bright and gleaming.
Strangely enough when she visits with her dogs they look much younger than their age and they are very active since she began this supplement. I hope this might be useful to you. ❤
This article about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy For Dogs is very interesting ❤

I love cymbiotika but the price? Not so much. Their vitamin c is liposomal but it’s not worth that price tag. Just my opinion. There’s other liposomal versions that are lower priced.
Hi Erica
I agree, they are super expensive, which is another reason I want to get back to making my own liposomal Vit C
Yes, unfortunately most doctors are useless when it comes to nutrition and supplements, which is why our own research is so important and it sounds like you are on top of that
x
Yes you as well! I just didn’t want you to do any harm in the long run in case you noticed your body’s mucusal lining getting too dry (nose bleeds, dry cough, constipation). I think it works faster than anything in times of illness though so I always have it at home!
Lol talking to my Dr. He have definitely not time for any health advice . He wants to put me on pills
😊
Also what do you feel about ubiquinone
I have not made up my mind about it and need to do more research on it
I am concerned about taking creatine due the it holding in to water in your body and causes weight gain.
