A TYPICAL CRAPS GAME - Live Craps Game #37 - The Venetian Casino, Las Vegas, NV - Inside the Casino

- This is a typical live Craps game at The Venetian Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. While I DID play this game, I don't recall how well I did. I seem to recall I colored up a little over my $100 buy-in. By how much, I don't remember. Still a fun game to watch.
Interesting to note that some players kept betting the Ace-Duce or Hi-Lo bets, even though they very RARELY are hit. Personally, it would make more sense to bet on the Hard-Ways, IF you're going to bet in the center of the table at all, which I don't recommend unless you have a healthy bankroll.
Here's hoping I see you Inside the Casino!

"Does your wife know you're spending that kind of money?" "No, she doesn't even know I'm in Las Vegas." This was great!
Heading up this week, would be a DREAM to find a 10 dollar table at the venetian!!
I love how the player closest to the stick keeps pointing at the number he wants to place (as if the dealer doesn't know where the 6 is)
I was there! Played a total of 13+ hrs of craps and walked away $100 more than i went in… lol.. those comps 😝
Nice too 👀 live table action again. Thanks for the video. I can't wait to try Vince grinders strategy at the tables. Can't wait until you put out some G2E craps table game's. They looked to be very colorful and simple to understand. Thanks again for the hard work you and your crew does to bring awareness to the community. Good luck at the tables next time you visit. Do you come to the east coast. Atlantic City has nice casino there. Hard Rock is my favorite but they all are cool.
Glad you liked the video! Hope to make it to the East coast some time!
The Mrs. and I are headed to the Venetian in a couple weeks. We are both so freakin' excited. I haven't been since I was 6 and my family stayed at Circus Circus and she's never been. Watched all of your videos up to this one, watching the rest before we go. Thanks for posting these.
My pleasure!
Good luck during your trip! Tell us how you do!
How did your trip go?
Gr8 video....clear, specific, professional! Could hear a mouse place a bet...awesome.
Thanks 👍 Glad you liked it!
Min passline with 2x odds. Then place 6 and 8. Take winnings from 6 or 8 and place on 5 and 9. Keep process going and press and collect.
Snippet Good basic strategy.
Awesome video! What a great Idea! I'm up over $500 watching 4 of your videos experimenting with my setup. Keep them coming! Thanks!
Awesome! Thank you!
I love craps. Thanks for a fun, entertaining video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the video and keep them coming
You bet!
Welcome back Sir! Glad to see another one of your crap videos.I bet you were at the roulette wheel having fun and sipping on your martini lol! Cheers! Winner, winner chicken dinner!
THANKS! Good to be able to post more Craps again!
Enjoyed the vid. Always great to see live craps.
Stick left placed a bet on the pass line AFTER the point was established. Weird ,and it was paid.
@M Carter....THANKS! Glad you liked the video.
@ddd228.... YEP! Saw that, too. Sometimes casinos will allow it.
@@InsidetheCasino Which casinos don't allow it? It only adds to their bottom line, you are telling me there are casinos forcing people to place the bet? lol
@ Jonathan....Nobody is forcing anyone to place any bet. Not sure what you mean.
The new intro is dope
THANKS! Glad you like it!
Dark side player here... 1st +45 2nd +80... I would have walked, always just looking for $100 up sessions... But still watched the rest of the video!!
AWESOME! Thanks for watching!
Yesssssss, I've been waiting man.. Lol, thought you forgot about us.. 🍻🍻🍻
LOL! NEVER!
@@InsidetheCasino Good to know buddy..
"Dammit!" Yep. I felt that.
LOL! It sucked.
Notice that at 10:50, a player buys in mid roll, gets his chips, and leaves $10 on the pass line, then adds odds. Pretty slick.
YEP. You can do that.
@@InsidetheCasino Watched a guy this week try to sneak a dont pass after point was already set past a new dealer. Lucky someone at the table called him out guy was a total douche.
Woulda been slightly better to place 20 on the line tho, you win an extra dollar and it's not a contract bet... fellow dice dealer here
@Garrett... This is true.
Mannn soooo good to see a dark side bettor in Vegas I’m going in August I’m from Pontiac so I go to the casinos in Detroit I watch your videos all the time and I rarely see a don’t bettor and people 7 out all the time I mean people get hit on your videos as well but I know how to work the game when that happens so I just wanted to say glad I saw a don’t in Vegas ( even though he lost on the 6) me personally I would’ve pulled it up and went to the don’t come and placed a field bet to combat that 6 because more than likely she’ll come around the mountain on u 😂
Good luck!
I play the dont when I’m not shooting, and always pull it up vs 6/8 because they are gonna come like you said loll
Played the don'ts watching this video and killed it
I almost always fade
One of those tables you just can’t get any traction on. Even the dark side wasn’t that good because of “7”’s on the come out roll. Casinos love when a tables like that
Another good one thanks... I was really hopefull he would hit that 6 hard....
THANKS! Glad you liked it!
I was hoping, too!
Good job of leaving a craps game as a Winner! You're right about staying away from the bets in the middle because the house has such a Big Advantage against the players. Your play shows that you mostly stick to the inside numbers (makes sense because they are more likely to role than 4 or 10). Collect twice and then place a Come bet. The Come bet will act as insurance against a 7, but also wins on 11 and will move to the next number rolled from 4-10. Put minimum odds on the Come bet that just moved, and don't make another Come bet until you collect on the previous Come bet. Ignore the urge to press two numbers at the same time...it's better to make the bold press on a single number (especially the one that's been hitting). Then just relax,... and don't kick yourself for not betting something after you've seen the result.
Thanks for the suggestion. And thanks for watching.
Typical day. Personally, I would have waited one more roll before pressing the 6&8. But we have very similar betting patterns. I also like using 2-3 place bets with intent to use those winnings on two come bets.
Good strategy!
Nice video as always. 3 point Molly with single odds would be down $96 after this short little session.
Thanks! Glad you liked the video.
Ahh the days of a $10 minimum table on the strip 🤓
....... and $5,000 max. My Martingale would go crazzeee here 😎
Common mistake around 14:00. Come out roll craps out (3). One guy is on any craps and gets paid. Next come out roll everyone loads up inside (either 2,3,11,12 or C&E) and loses. Just because it happen before....you know the rest.
Agreed.
RANDOM SHOOTERS!
Yep!
I love your videos and subscribed! Do you have any videos you could recommend where the stick calls are loud and clear?
There's a few of them. We make sure to put the called number on the screen for when you can't hear it very well.
I've noticed that and I appreciate that. I just like hearing the different calls!
Same here. Unfortunately, some dealers don't call loud enough over the noise of the casino.
That's a nice high/low hit @ 13:30, 13:48
Yes it was.
$15 don’t pass, hard six winner winner, he ran!
Just Lay the Point for $30 and wait to get paid 4 minutes later. I do this sometimes when the table can't get anything going. It allows me double up in one orbit, Then I leave.
Cold table = hop the 7's only (progressively starting at $3)... Easy...
Good suggestion.
Gu6s in 3 and 4 string betting the hell out of that dealer
The first roller has my luck, maybe 4-5 rolls and bye bye
I hate how everybody says this an easy game to understand;
Patience. It actually is pretty easy, if you don't get caught up in all the sucker bets in front of the stickman.
Full odds on the eight “thank you” dice rolls “seven out” lol
Sucks when that happens!
Inside the Casino I agree smh
This shit is rage inducing lol
Spank me.
Would like to see you play the iron cross
I actually do in some of my videos.
I don't play in every video I post. But in the ones I do, I employ the Iron Cross every so often.
Iron Cross is for losers.
Thats what i call a house table nobody can win . They got the pass & don't pass betters
Makes me cry when people don't take the max odds on a pass line bet.
Depends on the number. Not worth the risk on low odds roll numbers. Too risky.
All field Bets for me. $200 on all hard ways.
Anything in front of the stick is a sucker bet.
Really surprised NOBODY bet on COME. Doing that, then taking the odds earns you a signficant bit more money that buying or placing the numbers.
K9AF This is true.
I wouldn't say the difference is significant at all. Depending on on the flat bet and the max odds of the table. Example: 5 flat with 10 odds on nine pays 20 versus 15 place bet pays you 21. Place bet is not locked in. Maybe a put bet would limit some risk but not much.
Does the minimum wager mean just for the pass line, or does every wager have to be at least $10?
Jeff Mullins Every wager, except the center bets (hard ways, hop, ATS, c&e, etc). Place bets, come, buy, field, all have to be minimum.
Inside the Casino I saw plenty of people making less than $10 place bets.
First shooter I lost $65. Second I lost $19. Third I lost $30.
Not good, but I've seen worse..
Very true.
Just a suck start.
Love on 4:18 watching the guy lose his don’t pass bet
He’s only betting agains the House. Not you.
Why $20 on the pass line w/ $10 for odds? Unreal.
Budget, maybe?
It would be smarter to put $10 on the Pass Line and back it up with $20 odds.
Whatever...worry about your own bets.
How would I have bet? The same way I always do... Wimpy
golls17 HAHA! Say it isn’t so!!!
2:58 guy drops 20 bucks, all in don’t pass. Quick lose hahahahaha
YEP!
Shooter is string betting like a fool.
Wat bonus bets does the Venetian have
They don't have any.
Inside the Casino so they got rid of the repeater bet
What type of camera do you use? Would like to buy one for myself.
Use whatever camera you want.
12 pay's field trips ...
play the dark side....would have made $$$$
Horrible rolls, horrible table. I like to play along with different systems and that would kill a bankroll in a New York minute.
Too bad $10 tables are practically non-existent now on the strip.
Yep.
"COCKTAILS!"
LOL!
I will be in Vegas 12/12-12/15 it would be a honor to shoot some dice with you🎲🎲👊🏽💵
Unfortunately, I won't be in Vegas at that time.
I’ll be there the same time! 1st timer haha 12/13-12/16
AWESOME! Have fun!
Let’s roll some dice Matt!
I’m totally down! Which casino(s) do you normally play?
Post more vids.
I will when I can get to the casinos again. I’ve got other businesses and projects taking my time.
For all you non-dealers that play craps. Things that make dice players look ignorant. 1. If we're in the process of paying you, please don't point at your winning wager. Chances are we heard the stick calland we have an order we have to pay bets in. 2. Turning off your place bets in the middle of a roll and not pick up your odds from behind the line. (You turn your place bets off but wanna risk the odds?!)
3. If you walk up to any dead game....don't ask the dealer if they're bored. You're better than that. 4. Some of us dealers are close, but non of us can read minds. Speak your business loud and proud when communicating your bets with the dealers. 5. 2=aces 3=ace duece 11=yo 12=just 12. 6. So you've hit a few hops and props. Betting the one rollers EVERY roll will inevitably slow the game down. And the hardest part for any dice player to fathom is no matter what books you've read, each roll is independent and coming out, you're not going to (get all the 7's out of the way.) We love to deal to players that know what they're doing as in return you want a dealer who can take care of you. Yes there are bad dealers, avoid those guys, you can read it on them. And for the last part, ever so many rolls, if the dealer is taking care of you....toss him a dollar. It'll open the dealer up and show him he just might potentually get more. Trust me he'll pay extra attention to your needs. But do as you wish it's your money. Great channel btw. I watch your vids and think to myself....yep I do that sometimes. Cheers!! What about busy games? I keep looking em. Thanks again.
Thanks for the insight! Much appreciated!
Glad you like the videos!
can you answer a question ive always wondered. If you dont play the passline when its "comming out" and a point is then established (say a 6) can you still Place a bet on 6, i know you cant lay money on the pass line after a point, but can you still get action on that number and if so what would you do or say...thanks in advance.
@@carravagio16 You can make a Place bet on the point and you can also make a Pass line bet after the point is established (only an idiot would do that).
Your use of the term "lay" is incorrect. Lay refers to betting against a number.
@@jimklemens5018 thanks! -when i posted that comment it was early in my "craps" educatioin. i have since found out you were right
$10 on the don’t pass? Why even play.
😂🤣😂
I think that guy bought in for $10! Deserved to lose.
Venetian and palazzo are my least favorite casinos on the strip. I won’t gamble there. There rules are always the toughest for the gambler.
AslapOF Reality How are their Craps rules any different than other craps games?
Inside the Casino Weren’t you saying it’s only 2x odds there. 🤷♂️
Nope. It's 2x, 3x, 5x, or something like that. The dealer tells the odds if you listen closely.
Inside the Casino See that’s weird though. Thanks for the info.. There is something about that place I can’t stand. Just another reason not to go there. Lol
LOL! There's plenty of options in Vegas. That's for sure!
I never play dice on a table with less than a $10 minimum or higher... I only want to play with other serious dice players... Not people standing around drunk and acting stupid yelling crap lol
Ok
The minimum bet in the evening at most strip casinos is at least $25.
The Wynn is typically $50 or $100 minimum bet.
@@jimklemens5018 And those are the casinos I like to play dice at... At LEAST $15 minimum or higher... During the week you'll see a few $15 dice games at the Venetian or the Wynn... Once I saw the Wynn had a $10 game open I couldn't believe it... Needless to say I walked right over to the $25 minimum after seeing that lol but Vegas has something for EVERYONE'S budget... Especially downtown... So im not saying im any better than $5 players... Im just saying I like to be surrounded by a little more serious players... No newbies...
@@nickf527 I was at the Silver Legacy in Reno two weeks ago at a $50 minimum table and three absolute newbies stood right next to me and started playing.
One guy said he had watched a few UA-cam videos about craps that afternoon.
@@jimklemens5018 Most likely someone with a lot of money to spend or even rich... The dumbest thing anyone can do is buy into a game they know nothing about... But if you know the basics of craps then it's not so intimidating anymore... The problem is all these "craps instructors" on youtube... 90% of them have ridiculous strategies that won't help the player at all... I hope they learned from an experienced craps instructor on youtube... Just put in "craps strategies" in youtube and you'll see all these old men and their dumb strategies lol
