Guinea pigs are sensitive to loud sounds and high frequencies. They make a "chubble" sound when they are in discomfort or distress. This gentle demonstration shows just how sensitive Orbit is to even the relatively peaceful sound of wind chimes. But Orbit is not severely stressed in the video, he is just presenting his discontent with the wind chimes.
During Fourth of July festivities, move your guinea pig to a quieter place. This is also true for noise from roofing, construction, parties, any noisy events.
