I was really confused on how to set up dual rates and triple rates your video showed me the way awesome thank you so much for posting this video! your the best!!
I am new. I recently bought a FUTABA T16IZ And start searching for information for the device I found your video and it helped me a lot. For that I thank you.
Hey, really good videos.. I bought a Multiplex Heron years ago, and separately bought a T16SZ a few years ago, primarily for helicopters (but I also sail my Dragonflite 95 with it) - now I want to set this thing up with all those crazy mixers, butterfly etc.. Wouldn't it make sense to use the same switch for conditions and for D/R? So for example in speed mode, more aileron for some aerobatics, in cruise a medium amount and in thermal a low amount for more precision?
Yes, it is possible to assign them onto the same switch. That said, our suggestion is to assigned the dual rate of alierons, elevators and rudder onto separate switches at first. Once you are comfortable with those rates that work together, then consider to combine them onto 1 switch.
i am looking for a RC Transmitter with 18 channel with, GYRO, two antenna if possible, ALAVON mixing, buddy cord and computer function, touch pannel, dual rate and EXPO , capable to show telemetry, and finally a very long range . Do you recommend 18sz transmitter or if you know better one?
Hello, what is your opinion on comparison between 16IZ and 18SZ? Which radio feels better holding in hands, and which has smoother gimbals? Do the screen look the same?
Hi Bo Han thank you for your questions! 16IZ is the latest model which is more ergonomic, but both 16IZ and 18SZ have almost the same software. The screens are similar. 18SZ has the same gimbal as the 18MZ which is a ball-bearing gimbal.
nice man....i have a futaba 18mz and i absolutely despise it...ive never liked any Futaba TX and think the programming is clumsy so now have changed over to Radiomaster. Futaba is very expensive to buy and service. Futaba will need to reduce prices to compete and survive in this depressed global market. Futaba service is terrible in the UK.....they do not even answer customer emails when the subject means they should provide warranty.
Hi Andy, Futaba has always been a reliable system with very versatile features. At the start, it may be complicated, like any system. However, once the understanding of the system is grasped, you will find the ease of setting up without the need for other devices. It is our objective to help users of Futaba to understand the basic steps to more advance setups with this first series for a glider (which can be applicable for aeroplanes as well). We hope our videos will help you better with Futaba systems and enjoy more flying then figuring out the system. Do subscribe and visit our site for latest products and promotions from time to time. Have a good one! Cheers!

A good video has helped me a lot I wondered why. You had your elevator stick on the left instead of the right
Hi Colin, thanks for your encouragement. Yes, the pilot, Ronald flies mode 1, thus the elevator is on the left side.
Excelente explicação !! Parabéns
Very nice thank you 😊
