It really is a great blade! I enjoy mine also!
A really durable work knife with a great steel for not a lot of money you can't go wrong...
I love my Opinels (strickly No.9 and size above), my Moras, my Tramontina Bolo machete, my Cold Steel Bushman - yes, they are all cheap and realible ones - but what this Svörd/Svord gives is that extra cool character with the same usability and affordability. I have the full sized one with yellow handle - I call it banana knife. 😃
Very cool & simple design. Not much can go wrong with simple designs.
True, Its a good little work knife with good steel
@@daveyboy6985 They are great i love the Swedish tool steel, no fuss is right it just works..
I also carry 3 blades. This is one of them.
Great review, sir.
I have a Mini Peasant. It's actually a 2000 yr. old Roman Peasant knife design, MAYBE the first folding knife ever, made in New Zealand from a high-carbon Swedish tool steel called L7 that Svord owner Bryan Baker uses with a proprietary tempering formula he learned from an elderly Czechoslovak master knife maker to create an outstanding blade at a crazy cheap price. Svord makes their money from selling lots of knives instead of selling fewer at a larger profit. I filed that point off the back of the handle. It's a great EDC and you can drop it and so what? It's tough and inexpensive and perfect for what it is, a great blade that holds an edge EXTREMELY well with the most simple handle design and being able to grab that tang as you reach into your pocket is something you get used to right away. Great channel, btw. * Liked & Subscribed
Why have you posted this comment on every Svord Peasant video? A bit odd.
I got to say I only hate friction folders because of ignorant laws, but I ordered one of these things to try it out and honestly was quite surprised. I ordered it not only because it wasn’t chinese made, but because I wanted to see what it was like. I live in an area where you can carry a big bowie like 6inch plus here in the US if you really wanted, but I definitely will be using this when travelling to not so knife loving regions in US. I found a way to open it really fast after watching a few videos on the reviews which also happens here in the video at the end. Very impressed with the kiwi’s
i bought the knife and it is AWESOME!
One of the cool things about you is that you dont seem to be locked into what most people think are the "best" knives. I know I'll always see a knife I don't see every day when I watch one of your videos. I really do have to get one or more of those BPS knives. Hey, do you have a Victorinox?
I have a couple kicking around somewhere there good little knives, maybe i should find them and make a video. I recommend the BPS knives thay have a good selection to choose from i have 4 of them now sounds extravagant but all 4 cost the same as one Case folding pocket knife & i would rather have the BPS knives any day.
👍 👍 👍
Loved the last video on full sheath knife. Do you have a link to that knife by chance?
Thanks... Heres a link, I always put links in the video description, its a great fixed blade you will love it i am sure. amzn.to/3kin4KB
@@JollyPeanut it's amazing how many people don't seem to look in the video description.
