I wish I be doing where people do car shows and stuff at because I'll be want to take me and my kids to stuff like that do anyone know where the next place they are going
Being an Aussie I don’t get it, we build em to perform in straight lines as well through the corners, most of these things couldn’t handle our roads, the thin sidewall tyres just wouldn’t cushion the potholes, I know I’ve had 20” and 22” rims and unless you stay on major highways they end up cracked... plus maybe coz I’m not used to seeing such huge rims they look out of proportion as well, bit like the trucks or what you lot call tractors like Kenworths and Peterbilts with super long chassis that are bare, the only reason we run long chassis is to have larger bunks and three or four fuel tanks a side (we do 1,000 to 4,000klm interstate trips depending.) Some of the cats like the full gold one do look way cool but most are basically the same thing, there’s no real custom mods... be nice to hear the engines, big cams going R{}MP R{}MP R{}MP. I did see an Aussie car, you call em Pontiacs, they’re a good thing and many are family cars as they come in sedans, station wagons and utes (little pick ups) they have 6.2 small blocks, some are factory supercharged and around 800rwhp on pump fuel... at least it’s not all ricers like here which again are good things but there’s nothing like a cammed up V8, the noise alone is worth the extra fuel cost... aaah, one flat black one making the noise: get rid of the crap music, the car’s noise is heaps better.
Donovan Williams you must be speaking for the Mid-West. Not in Florida most of the old Skools rides got new engines and clean 🧼 paint jobs. Come on now we talking about Florida 🌴. Mid- West keep them rides coming clean.
Most of these sketchy lift kits are made out of old bed frames and rent a center end tables...And drywall screws. Whats with driving around with your doors open and half of your body hanging out blasting the PA speakers you mounted in the doors with 6 different screws at a level that rivals the distortion that is only found at a Mexican dance party after everybody is good and drunk.
I gotta try to go to Midwest Fest this year.
