I think the hardest part is so many guys only really care about the physical side of the relationship. Even when they seem decent, they aren't really interested in having similar interests unless it's their interest. They just want someone to cook ,clean, and get physical with. So what makes a girl happy isnt in their scope of interest unless it gets them more of what they want. So we fall in love or think we do and find ourselves in a relationship where we only matter if we are making them happy. Our happiness is irrelevant.
Totally agree with get fitted for your needs. I used to run and train and run marathons, running is great. With my insanely weak ankles, I sprained them all the time. I'm older now and opt for strength and get cardio from riding my bike. I hope your time in LA is amazing.

I was so like that and my now boyfriend was/is secure attachment and chill and that had me scaaared cause I had to know his intentions and I didn’t want to get hurt again! Turned out he felt the same way the whole time but he just took it day by day. As an anxious girl u want constant validation and reassurance but u don’t know the person that well to keep asking for answers when ur just getting to know each other so yeaaah it’s challenging! You got this! Only time will tell if he’s the one! Proud of u for keep putting your beautiful self out there! Lucky guy✨
I had peroneal tendinitis (outside of foot under ankle bone) from too soft of shoes which caused over pronation. I highly recommend doing foot and ankle strengthening to avoid those injuries happening again! Balanced on one foot, heel raises, etc really help. That’s what I had to learn the hard way haha, can’t wait to get back to it

YES i live in Australia and i would say that anything under 13 degrees C is COLD!!! (especially in a house without heating) The temp where i currently live in Winter is normally between 5 and 9 overnight and it gets upto 15-18 during the day. 😍
As someone who was an athlete growing up who was diagnosed with patellar tendinitis at 17, I still struggle in my 30s with knee issues and a very weak ankle. If you want to run, maybe ask your aunt ways to add more support to your ankle, possibly an ankle brace until you build up the strength in your ankle. Enjoy the sun and LA.
I had problems with my ankle on and off for a year and a half and it was only after I got an MRI was I able to get a diagnosis, just maybe something to consider. I hope you find relief soon!

My hips and shin splits cause me issues bc I grew up a runner and soccer player and really abused my body when younger - I can’t realistically run anymore, at 30 lol... What I do now is fast pace walks with a weighted vest - the weighted vest gets the cardio up and then biking too, both are lower impact but still high intensity to give that ‘high feeling’
