Haha, I don't know if it's because I haven't had my coffee yet but I don't understand what you are saying here. I can't tell if you agree with me or are making fun of the video! Have you tried the Bylt shirts?
Bro you are hilarious, I agree with everything you’ve said. I just purchased several of these and the quality, fit is amazing. Anyways love the content and you’ve gained another subscriber.
That's a good idea. The Bylt shirts are still doing great fyi! They all are to be honest as I take pretty good care of my t-shirts. I don't really wear the true classic ones at all though so I can't give an honest-term review on those. I'd like to try and review a few more of the popular brands though. You've planned a seed!
I have been happy with the build quality and fit myself. They aren't my daily tee anymore but I still enjoy wearing them. A little long for my body type. Thanks for watching!
I bought a few of these LUX shirts as a trial and LOVE them! I ordered every color available once I knew these were the best Ive found... i tried a few different brands but sent those back as Bylt really does have the best material and fit for me. nice thicker quality but not too heavy, just a well made shirt all around. hoping for more colors and styles so I can buy more. I like the split hem best due to the more traditional collar. definitely recommend if you want quality shirts.
I've had my shirts for 3 years, Never faded. Crazy how long they last. BYLT is my go to. They are also thick but very breathable so if you have love handles they hide them very well so if your on the chubby side they definitely hide the flaws of being chubby very well lol
I am struggling to find T-shirts. I am broad at the chest shoulders and arms and have a dad bod ( despite being active) while being only 5'9". I end up in an X large, they are too long and basically made for someone who is over 6'+ in height. I hate long shirts, you are left with no choice but to tuck them(running with a tucked-in shirt is a no-go) . I would definitely pay a premium for a T-shirt I can work out in and not look like a dress
Not sure if you've had a chance to check out my Fioboc review but, it's a company I'd never heard of and now it's all I wear. Here's my video from last year: ua-cam.com/video/zRjWmyNavk4/v-deo.html I'll be doing an updated video on their newer lineup of shirts in the next month or so, but they are great. If you try it be sure to follow the sizing guide or contact them to make sure.
@@TheSAHDLife I watched your video and the shirts look great, I will have to explore the sizing, There is a big leap in size from L to XL, so I am wondering if it will have the same issue. I have a couple older UA shirts that fit perfectly, but they changed the length is different on their newer version.
Oh snap. Let me know what you think if you remember! I still enjoy mine although they are quite long. I love the colors they have. Those Fioboc shirts I reviewed are my daily shirts I love, but they lack color. The Bylts are my second fav easily. The True Classics are... 💩
Has anyone else bought bylt basics shirts and feel they are more snug ...i have over 30 bylt shirts. Most were bought 2 years back and as of late the new material seems more fitted to the core than a true to size athletic fit.
Mine stayed the same size even after lots of washes but I only have 1 left in my rotation. Are you going to try some new shirts or stick with Bylts moving forward?
You know to be honest if you can get a tape measure or string and measure you should check their guide. I would say large based on mine but it depends on how slim you're waste is you could maybe get away with a medium and it might make your arms feel massive lol
Tough call. You know when you spend this much on shirts I highly suggest you measure your chest and waist and buy based on their sizing guide... it's a pain but worth doing. I bought the wrong size recently since I put on a bunch of Covid weight lol. And maybe before you buy them, you should check out the other shirt I reviewed (Fioboc). They're pretty much the only ones I wear now. Although I still do wear the Bylt ones as they are really good and I stand behind recommending them. They are just so long.
Based on the shirts I got I'd say large, but you know what I've learned lately... really look at the sizing guide on their site and take a minute to measure yourself. I know it's a bit of a pain but it might save you. Each company is a bit different, and now that companies are starting to send me clothing, it's just a waste of time when they send the wrong ones so, I have to check the guides for each company.
Is the shopping cart not letting your order go through? That's weird. I know there's an extra shipping fee for us Canucks... they actually sent me the clothes so I didn't have to go through their cart. Let me know...
Well let me tell you I have learned not to put shirts that you like in the dryer, lol. So no, it won't shrink if you just hang dry it. Mine's holding up nicely! What do you think of it so far?
Great review I watch the True classic video too. It's funny though you show a side by side photo of the two different brand and it looks like the True Classic looks way better on you but the BYS looks much more comfortable .
Thanks for watching! Yeah I know what you are saying and don't completely disagree. The feel of the shirts on tells the different story and that's hard to capture. I don't hate the True Classics shirts, I just think they are massively over-priced for what they are. The Bylt at least feel like a high quality piece of clothing that will last a very long time. I have one more shirt I will be reviewing shortly from a new company. They are sick but pricey. Do you have any favorite or go-to shirts?
Were you able to chargeback? That's weak. I wonder why companies like this drop the ball so hard sometimes. The shirts are still good although they aren't my main shirts. Thanks for sharing.
I thought it was China but I'll try to remember to check later for you. Honestly not sure if you watched my Fioboc review but made in China is definitely not a bad thing. They make some incredible cloths... but they also make some suuuper cheap ones too. The Bylt stuff is built well however I much prefer the Fioboc ones I reviewed after that shirt.
It looks like the true classic shirt fits way better IMO. Especially how it accents the arms, the bylt tee is loose around the arms, dont really like that.
The thing is the True Classics felt like terrible quality. While the Bylt's aren't my favorite style, the quality is on another level. The Fioboc shirt I reviewed also is even better than both and it looks good. When you're spending like $25+ per shirt, you want it to last a long time... and the True Classics don't feel like they'd last very long imo
Agree! I gave one of my Bylt Drop Cuts to my bro and don't wear the other (since doing this video). The materials are nice but I totally agree with you, it's too long. Those joggers aren't cheap but do look pretty sweet. Do you have ones in particular you like?
Yeah I love that stretch too. I still wear 1 bylt one (the other got a huge sap stain I could NOT remove) and my other Fioboc shirts (which I reviewed and are my favs) but I just throw 'em in the dryer and beat 'em up and they are tough/don't shrink!
Oof... yeah that's a lot! Probably the same shipping costs for any of these shirt companies though? To be fair, the Bylt ones are still going strong for me. The material IS very durable, but that's a LOT of money.
True Classic is garbage their quality has decrease. I have purchased many t shirts from True classics they where really good in the beginning but it seems since they became popular they went with cheap production. I will give BYLT basics t shirts a try.
It's sad, it should go in the opposite direction! You grow, you make BETTER products... but these companies start making good money and they want more I guess. Yeah the Bylt are much better... or give my Fioboc shirt video a watch. In fact I mention them in my latest video (Benefits of being a UA-camr) as they are my main t-shirt. Their 1.0 staycool shirts are still my fav and they often go on sale (plus I have a discount code on those videos). Worth a check. They are my dailies...
BYLT, is the cheapest clothing I own, by far. I have a couple of Drop-Cut Lux T-Shirts, and I wouldn’t pay more than $10 usd for each. The inside of the shirt greets you with a very in-your-face Made in China stamp, and the inside of the shirt feels like a scratchy re-usable grocery bag material. The stitching is embarrassing. They don’t line up the neck stitchings, they just fold it, and stitch it behind the left shoulder stitching. (You can see the location of the neck stitching if you zoom in on the pictures, but unfortunately I didn’t notice until after purchase.) Super tacky product, and I would be hesitant to let someone within 10ft of me, while wearing it.
Yeah really eh?! How long ago did you buy your shirts? I wonder if the quality has changed. Mine are from... 2 years ago? And they are still in great condition as far as wear and tear goes. I'm actually pretty impressed. They do give a bit of a wetsuit vibe, I know what you're saying... but mine definitely aren't as bad as yours. That's a bummer! They're not cheap either.
@@TheSAHDLife Yeah, I was just disappointed in the Drop-Cut Lux shirts, that I purchased at the end of 2023. I think the fit is pretty good, but the quality was subpar. If they didn’t stitch the necks in such a tacky way, my opinion would probably be much different. I do have some Coastal Overshirts, which I really like, but I’ll have to wait and see if the T-Shirts grow on me
I know right? It's a lot. At least they are good (even a year later). The True Classic ones I reviewed were practically the same price and the collar turned to hot garbage after one wash!
Don't ever order anything from this company. They're happy to sell you anything, If you need to return or exchange something forget it they won't respond to you.
Aww that sucks. Any company that sells premium products should have good customer service. Sometimes the quality control isn't always perfect and I think as customers we understand that as long as they're re willing to step up and fix it. And if they don't they Should be called out on it.
Did you have some that fell apart on you? I wash/dry mine and these still holding up better than most of my other shirts. But yeah I think for maybe $20 they would be a decent price but over that you're starting to compete with better shirts.
I haven't tried to cuts clothing but I might have to this holiday. I still wear the bylt but wear this random Chinese brand called Fioboc as my daily. They are awesome lol. Not the cheapest, but I did review those also on my channel if you want to check them out.
FYI the shirts in the video are the Drop-Cut: Lux
I’m not gonna lie. I freaking love the honesty and examples of the truest examples

Haha my man 👊 I appreciate it. And I bet you looking good!
Can you do a “1 year later” review of some of the t shirts you’ve reviewed? I’d love to see how each brand is holding up

Nice! My Bylt shirts I have are still in fantastic shape. I find the length a LITTLE long for me. What do you think about the length?
Thanks for the feedback! Taking notes!

5’8 183 lbs. should I get large or medium? Usually wear large Nike, UnderArmour

Thank you
