The players have just been able to leave the stadium. Had to stay inside as their busses got attacked and windows being thrown in. Police still at the scene as I reply.
In the Romanian clip there are so many flags because most clubs and national teams have a tifo group that are responsible for tifo displays and at that game they placed a flag at every seat.
In Germany and surely in whole Europe a real Fan is always aside his club either what level this club is playing….for example my team Alemannia Aachen is promoted from 4th league to 3rd league …it has been celebrated like winning the national championship…a real fan is always with his heart with the club and goes with them up and down ….only family is higher on level….
Passion runs deep in almost every club. Just that the more succesful a club gets, sporting wise, the more they attract less passionate people. This large influx of less passionate fans, tends to dillute the sense of passion and atmosphere at a home ground. This is also why away fans seem so utterly passionate, because they are the hardcore base, travelling hundreds of miles to support the lads, week after week. Small, less succesful teams have really passionate fans, that are not dilluted by success. Obviously there comes a point in time where a club is too small and too shit to have a big enough fan base to be a force. Usually smaller clubs way down in the ranks/series of the national football structure.

The biggest club(s) of the country have the biggest amount of glory hunters, succes fans. Some of these shown clubs have had half full stadiums for years. You find out about Loyalty and Love, when it is needed the most. Front row seats when successful, leaving a half hour early when it doesn't look like winning. Some Ultra videos are just that, videos. It's not everywhere, and for sure not every game, no exceptions. These videos are mainly during the bigger, or rival games. And that's the honoust truth.
