Hola paisana, lol! From Michoacan, Mexico here! The way I landed an interview for PepsiCo was by applying online, which then I stopped by the actual workplace the next day to the lady at the front desk. She then gave me a card with contact info to check my application status, then pressed a number to get a hold of a representative and talked about my application, and that same day I got an email from PepsiCo to select a date and time for an interview.
