Skyway Improvements

City council members voted to advance an unpopular bill last week expanding JTA's Skyway. The final version still includes more than $200 million for the skyway.

This didn’t explain what the U2C proposal to upgrade the proposal is about. You have to know what’s going on to understand the video. (I can’t understand why it will cost $240m.)
