    Good topic Dr.,Non veg is best for get more energy, especially to women in limited amount, avoiding cholesterol in it,in my experience.Veg is less effective, when compared to non veg.

      Vitamin B12 is found only in animal products.

    Plant based foods r also loaded with anti nutrients ( phytates, tannins and oxalates ) tat reduce the absorption of vital nutrients ( the same vitamins and minerals ) from high quality animal based foods ( specifically ruminant meat and organs ) , basically consuming ruminants ( herbivores capable of converting plant fibres to stable saturated fat eg goat and cow, chicken and pork doesn't fall under this category , they're monogastric and non ruminant ) , consuming ruminant meat along with organs ( like mutton liver, kidneys , heart etc ) can provide specific rare nutrients rarely found in plant based foods like magnesium , zinc, vit b 12, vit d , vit k , and rare amino acids like taurine, choline and glycine , wich r present in significant amt only in fermented grains , wich makes fermented grains the best plant based food we can possibly eat...

      Their is possible to get absorption of nutrients from plantbased without any affecting.
      Their is many processes to remove phytic acid ,oxalates etc .

      Is it right to abuse animals for food ?

    No.... Only plantbased foods without processed is the healthy foods ..I am vegan for animals .
    Im actually very energetic after stopped non-vegetarian...before non-vegetarian ah irukumbodhu I get hormonal imbalance and many issues ..
    Now I'm healthy
    I following healthy food lifestyle.. I take more protein now more than when I'm non-vegetarian before...it's very easy to get protein..

    Even non-vegetarian get b12 deficiency..
    And now a days cows and buffaloes ku b12 supplements kudupanga..that's why you all get b12 from meat .
    But that's totally wrong choise .
    We don't kill animals for food ,taste culture, religion, entertainment etc. .
    End speciesism..
    Go vegan for animals .
    We can be healthy by eating plantbased ..
