Seattle area. My 70 year old cousin used to daily drive a GTV6 in the 80s and he would take me for rides when I was a kid, mostly to the auto parts store to get parts for the Alfa and I would help work on it. I learned to pack wheel bearings on that car as a child. Wanted one ever since.
I'm about to pull my '83 engine apart for the second time (this time to install a proper gasket set, just ordered from Centreline today) And I agree, it's an easy engine to work on. No doubt.
Hi good morning joe from Swindon England I love Italian car has I am Italian back ground I have 75 v6 going to look at the engine soon as the engine is starting to smoke when it's hot do you have any tip as I am just looking at doing the top end of the engine all the best joe Pastore
I bought a reproduction of the 2.5 factory workshop manual. I believe it was around $50. That provided all the specs needed. Worth the money to have on hand

Hi Joe,
Another joe here. Wondering if you could recommend any literature you may have used for your gtv6 rebuild?
Thanks
