The singer started off in the band as a Cleo Laine lookalike with a Grace Slik voice, then in the late 70's she and the band jumped on the disco/pop bandwagon making some right naff and awful pop/ disco/reggae music. Fortunately, Holland gave us better bands like Focus and Golden Earring.
