Which FLR do you need ? as there are :
FLR(M): This form is used by family members of a British citizen, settled person in the UK, or someone with refugee leave or humanitarian protection to extend their stay based on their family relationship. (e.g., spouse, partner, dependent child)
FLR(IR): This form is for extending visas in specific categories like visitors, UK ancestry visa holders, or domestic workers in a private household.
FLR(FP): This form is used for extending your stay on the basis of your family or private life in the UK, but in some specific situations. This might include long-term partnerships, being a parent of a settled child in the UK, or having private life ties in the UK established over a long period.
FLR(HRO): This form is used for applications based on human rights claims, leave outside the rules, and other routes not covered by the other forms.
@@UKknowledgeGuru Thank you that's great actually I have to resist for one of my exam in university which is in September and my visa is expiring in September to extend my student visa as I have my exam in September I need to extend that after attending my exam i have to apply for PSW and even I want that my spouse should also work as he is working in company.
So, l have asked my university for visa extension they said we can't extend your visa as you have your exam in September if the exam would be after 30th September we could have helped you so they said you need to write your exam and go back to your home countty. But I can't go back I need to stay here and apply PSW.
I contacted many lawyers they said they will apply FLR in which your visa status will be same as a student and my spouse can work in same company he is working. They said it will be for 6months.
Do you know anything about this. Please do let me know.
