I haven’t yet got your equipment, just an economical version from Amazon… but do intend to upgrade to your Rolls Royce of a rebounder model when I get more confident with my humble one for now! I designed these exercises specifically for the Cellerciser, so I can't speak to how effective or safe they would be on another unit. If you do them on another unit, be sure to go slow and listen to your body to help prevent any injury.

Being South African I unfortunately cant afford this amazing rebounder. I need to consider 2nd best... but the question is what is 2nd best?

Is it good for fluid in the legs from medication
We have received some great reviews from people with lymphedema who have said it has helped reduce the fluid swelling in their legs. :)

The springs may be quiet, but the bar makes so much noise as you run, anything you do other than holding it, the bar rattles

Are this exercises strictly for the cellerciser? I don’t see any other rebounder exercisers doing these same exercises, on bungee rebounders??
