What, no arrow slits to defend against a river approach? I had to join the party 🤣🤣🤣
Not sure why you would have radiators with air source heating when you can have it underfloor. Makes it dated already. Recess for narrow wardrobe in bedroom 2 but looks like radiator in wrong place. Why not have full open plan kitchen, seems odd to me.
Wasn't impressed at all. Then I saw the great room and the views! Gorgeous!!

Tiny bedrooms, narrow utility, small kitchen. Only plus is the view. Not impressed at all.

One of my favourite places. With one of my favourite views. The potential to be a stunning home....
For a new build that was very badly designed, they haven't made anywhere near the best use of that view, the one selling point. What's with that horrible thick pillar blocking half of the view, you couldn't even have a couch in front without one person staring at the wall 🤔
