Love the location Love the stone part of the property. Would need to update the entire property though - wallpaper, flooring, doors, skirting, bathrooms, kitchen… But it looks like the property has good bones - at least from this brief video. Love the location and the kitchen but feels a little cramped upstairs with the sloping ceilings and for some reason that stairway freaks me out because the railings don't go right to the end so it feels like you mght fall down the stairs lol.

Nice low-level area and outlook. Extension best left as part of kitchen rather than extra bedroom. Conservatory only suitable as second living room in milder months due to uninsulated plastic roof. 😁👍
