Honda NC700X DCT Failure

Hi,
i have NC700 D Integra. its also with DCT. (Problem need to be solved)
The problem happens mostly when i start driving the bike for the 1st half an hour, after i stop at the traffic light, and when the gear starts going down to gear 1 or N ( I hear the same clicking noise as in the video) but it fails to return to standby mode and then,i see on the display this dash blinking, but if i switch off the engine and start the bike again, it works and return directly to N mode as i started the engine.
The problem is then very rare to happen after driving more than 30 , or 40 min.
I found out also, when this problem starts at the traffic light, if i give gas to just move the bike forward, it works and goes to 1 or N mode and stop blinking.
Anyone knows what it could be?
Here what i have did:
Ratio control Motor changed.
oil with less viscosity filled,
then original oil filled.+
Battery still good
adjusting rpm to 1200
but the bike still have the same problem.

send to 4s store to solve.Failure from electronically controlled mechanical part(not properly tightened)
