- We are remembering CBS New York's Elise Finch. A wake was held Monday for our cherished coworker and friend in her hometown of Mount Vernon. Elise's family talked to CBS New York's Dick Brennan on Monday.
I still cant believe it. Much respect to CBS 2 for the coverage and how they honored their Colleague. R.I.P. Elise Finch. Blessings and Healing to her family and friends.❤

What a loss, and what a legacy that Elise Finch leaves behind, she touched many many lives. You can tell how beloved this woman was. There is a void in the lives of her family,friends, colleagues, and viewers that will never be filled. She's gone too soon, but always cherish the beautiful memories of this most amazing woman. Loved watching Elise every morning on CBS. She was also on point when she had special human stories. She spoke well and was very graceful. She was a very attractive woman and presented herself very well in front of the camera. I really miss seeing her.

I just saw this this morning, I took a few months off from tv and refocused and this is truly heartbreaking. I am so sorry for the family’s loss, she was such a beautiful women and she did her job! She was just so nice it was always so good to see her on the news. Wow.

It was so very difficult to believe, I watch channel 2 news all the time and I truly enjoyed watching them share the news. May the Lord keep her natural family as well as her news family. This is hard to understand but God is able to keep them and give them comfort.
