I love it how the lady just does her own thing, and grandpa Pasquale enjoys his Martini. Love how real and down to earth everyone is! It's almost like you are there with them.
To walk into that house and be greeted with the heavenly scent of that foccia and the hug and sound of that lovely man. Such a blessed family you have.
I trust his cooking because of his accent.

Absolutely wonderful show and a great recipe. I am an Ex Pat Brit who has lived in Canada for the past 33 years. I have watched this at least four times since yesterday. Love the guy. Last night I followed the recipe but, the only change I made was I omitted the tomatoes and inserted Jalapeños instead............ It was delicious. It's a keeper.

I made this Focaccia Bread about 2 months ago...DELICIOUS...froze 3/4 of it...pulled some out of the freezer, wrapped it in foil and put it on the top rack of the grill (20min)...I did not have high hopes for bread...BUT OMGosh...tasted like I had just made it...thanks so much Pasquale for the recipe...

I made this a few days ago and it came out excellent! Thank you!! I even froze some and made it two days later and still awesome! I melted unsalted butter mixed with herbs and topped with parma cheese.
You absolutely crack me up. I have watched many of your videos please keep them coming. The heritage is almost as good as the recipes and you look just like one of my grandfathers. He was from Sicily and opened and Italian import store in 1924 in New Orleans called Progress Grocery. I am proud to say that we are still in business and in our fourth generation under the name Perrone and Sons. Family and heritage is everything.

I love watching your videos. It reminds me of when I'd go to my good friend Cristiano's house to help out with projects, his mother, God Bless her soul, made the most incredible food, the entire neighborhood would remark how incredible it would smell. She made sauce so good I begged for the recipe. She wouldn't give it out but I sure enjoyed her homemade cavatelli and fresh sauce along with her Focaccia with sliced Mortadella . Your recipes are equally incredible and I use them for a lot of dinner ideas. While I am waiting for my food to cook, I set my timer and watch your latest videos to figure out the tasty Italian food I wish to make next!.
