Hi can I use a 23× 22× 4,8 cm pan and wats bake time
This recipe is made with two 8" round tins, which is what I would recommend using to get the same results
Looks a nice recipe but I would add my eggs one at a time to stop curdling
As long as all the ingredients are at room temperature, then you should not experience curdling. When using a stand mixer, adding the eggs one at a time can help them to combine better, but with a hand held mixer you can add them all at once. I hope you try the cake!
I am doing this later, but I am gonna use creme patissiere, inside for a change, think your measurements sound correct, and there not to thick,
