Hello, my friends❤❤❤❤And how do you feel about the war? These videos are just pure gold for someone that doesn't like to travel (like me!) but still wants to see a big city "from within". It's an excellent way to see the pulsating life of London, the mix of old and new buildings, and the diversity of people on the streets! The quaint little shops and the big stores placed next to each other. Just bliss! The slow tempo allows you to fully enjoy the ambiance and gives you time to enjoy the architecture and have a good look at the shops and people on the streets. I don't know where I am exactly at any point, but I don't care! I just enjoy the ride!. And I have a few more videos just waiting to be watched!
I respect your hardwork that you do by making the video descriptive. No other channel does that. It gives us the complete idea of the location. Its a kind of a virtual tourism.
No need to apologize for the loud background noise of the bus. The rattling and all is, as far as I am concerned, part of the charm. Thank you for making those videos and sharing them.
For 1:00 am, there are still a surprising number of cars on the road. I know it's a big city, but even the largest cities tend to die down a bit the later it gets. Thank you for this phenomenal ride. I've not yet had the pleasure of visiting London, but I'd imagine this is what it feels like traipsing out of the pub with your mates and taking the evening bus home after a night of fun (and maybe a bit of drunken debauchery). Cheers from Los Angeles!
Thank you for watching, and I'm delighted you enjoyed it. I'm curious. what the traffic is like in Los Angeles at this time of the evening. According to my LA pals, public buses are not a popular mode of transportation.
@@Wanderizm, unless there's a serious mishap, the streets and freeways are pretty much open at that hour (at least, they have been whenever I'VE been out at that time of night).
In the late 70's as a teenager, I lived temporarily in the East End, and walked home sometimes from Central London very late at night.{Maybe 1am setting off from Leicester Square} The City was utterly deserted then, apart from a road sweeper..It was almost like one was the only person around...As a girl, it was quite eerie.
I think when this was filmed it might have been unusually busy do th people being jobless from the virus they have no obligations other than to hang out at night and party and stay awake and meander around doing whatever. I have 100,000 people in my city and at 1AM the traffic is pretty much dead. At 3am the only cars you might see out are cops on beat patrol.
Great video here and the jazz intro was a huge plus, never been to London and seeing the city on this bus tour was very scenic and informative. London has a whole lot of stoplights.

That is central London/the west end, possibly at the weekend. The outskirts of London will often have little to no activity going on late at night/early in the morning and that's irrespective of what day of the week it is.
This was really, really cool! And you took me on a bus ride to a part of town I've not seen! "town" ... LOL. You know what I really dig about your vids? The little animated bus route.
@@Wanderizm Yeah! Too! But strangely beautiful anyway! It’s a pity this route is not a regular one, this ride would be nice during the day too... I liked The Blue Bridge...
It suits the night as an adult - feels mature. I remember the years I went clubbing in London as a teenager back in the late 90's and for me it was dub-reggae (not dubstep, that came many years later) with that echoey stab-synth piano sound that used to get sprinkled in mellow bassy tunes . Going from club to club over a whole weekend we'd have this played around the streets of London in the back of any illegal minicab that would play our tunes. Times have changed. Nice video Wanderzim

A Unique Perspective of filming at night. The Clear shots all the way,it must be a special type of camera you use. Very good Quality for night shoot. A city is so different at night, the character almost completely changes. Thanks for a fine journey.🇬🇧
Taking the bus at 1 in the morning, it's really quiet! There are several places where the traffic lights and yellow lights are blinking! It is wonderful to see you running between the night views!
Great video! Fascinating to see how the dockland area has so radically changed since the LDDC began the transformation in the 1980s. Good that the old Stothert & Pitt crane has been allowed to remain at what used to be the East India Dock to remind us of what the area was once all about. Many thanks for your work in producing this!
