Big hopes for this guy at Real Madrid. Keeping Modric and Kroos one more season so they can mentor the youngsters could be expensive, but it's such an investment. Having Kamavinga play as left back for some games last year opens up the midfield slots as well, but he went back to shine for France playing midfield lately. Plenty of choices for Carletto
Camavinga needs to play in the middle - he got rusty after playing at LB. Compare the exhibition in Anfield with any game he was at LB. Tchouameni out, and Camavinga the resident 6.

@@Virgil191that shouldn't be important. Jack Grealish, Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham are all English as far as I'm concerned. Sure they have Irish ancestry to some extent and yes, the way Grealish and especially Rice shafted us did leave a very bitter taste but as far as I'm concerned, they're English. We need to do better at developing IRISH players. We've been shite at that for the good part of a decade now We used to have the likes of Paul Mcgrath, Roy Keane, Liam Brady, Dennis Irwin, Ronnie Whealan, etc. Now our most exciting player at the moment is Evan Ferguson who's a teenager playing for Brighton and although he looks class and has a lot of potential, you can see how far we've fallen off Even if you go back to the late Naughties when we were weren't very good, we still had the likes of Robbie Keane, Shay Given, Richard Dunne, Damien Duff, John O'Shea and Steve Finnan who were all playing in the Premier League for some very well established and even successful English clubs. Even during the 2010's we had the likes of Seamus Coleman and Shane Long playing consistent football in the Premier League We should sort out our own problems with the lack of world class talent in Ireland before trying to pry away talent from England
@@fivestarman5130 i honestly think it’s because nothing draws young talent to us anymore, if someone has a two eligibilities such as ireland and england they’re always going to choose england because right now the prestige of that squad is atmospheric compared to ours and it’s because our most notable name is bazunu. You look back at even the early 10’s with robbie there was at least something to get players but now it’s completely non existent. Personally i think the next wave of irish talent is gonna come from england born players who have very irish roots, like the irish community in london alone is booming and i’m a product with it and it’s even extending into gaelic for an extent which i was apart of, we’re never going to have a great home growth scheme since we’re too small but luckily we spread like the plague but we just need to make use of that and ACTUALLY look for talent abroad where there’s statistically more irish people thsn there is in ireland
2:45 The reason Birmingham City retired his number is that they were in financial trouble at the time, and his transfer fees helped save the club. They’ll also receive 10 percent of the fee Real Madrid paid to Dortmund.
As a Dortmund fan I can only confirm how good he actually is. Especially this season he was by far our most consistent player and that at the age of 19! I watched about 95% of our games this season and I swear he never had a performance worse than 7/10. Just always reliable and a true leader at such a young age. Deservedly so he got to wear the captains armband in a few games when Reus and Hummels didn’t play. There have been so many 80+ million transfers in the past few years and in many cases like Felix, Pogba, Mudryk or Griezmann you could already tell before that they’re not gonna be worth that much money. But with Jude Bellingham I think it’s justified and I believe he’s gonna live up to the expectation.
He’s incredibly mature and is good at pretty much everything. It’s hard to think of a good comparison for his style. Potentially the heartbeat of Madrid and England for the next decade and a half
The club officials of Dortmund and Madrid, Perez and Watzke, are long time friends. The relationship between the clubs always was good and professional, so a drama-free transfer like this was to be excpected. And Bellingham? He's the oldest 19year old in the world. Future Ballon d'or winner.
I'm not surprised because usually Madrid goes scouting in Brazil for players but for him to have been watching Jude that long suggests there was some sort of insider connection
Having watched his development for the last few years, I always had a feeling he'd be special; but watching his performance at the WC was completely insane. The closest thing I can equate it to was when I saw Mesut Özil play for the German WC side prior to his move to Real Madrid from Werder. He was everywhere. Every time you looked around, there was this kid finding a pass, juking a defender, tracking back to help out. You just felt that this kid was going to be THE guy...
Interesting, because when I watched Ozil on the Bernabeu grass, I saw the most lazy and frustrating waste of space to ever have been given the privilege. I'm sure Bellingham doesn't have that in him though. That said, the shirt weighs heavy in Madrid - only the best can handle that.
@@Stick_Chronic well, maybe, but I sat and watched him make no effort when effort was required - that's the quickest way to lose the support of the Bernabeu. there is nothing worse in football than a player with all the ability to be a world star, but too lazy to realise that potential.
When he plays for England he just looks a different class. Hopefully he stays fit and gets better. The last English players to burst on the scene that young both sorta flamed out (Owen & Rooney) and neither became the massive world star we were hoping for. Fingers crossed that Jude does
Y'all put too much pressure on Rooney. He was supposed to fend off Chelsea Liverpool City at the club level and win a world cup with Darren Bent and Peter Crouch with Lampard Gerrard and Scholes all playing out of position.
@@shadow_realm47 All I am saying is that he wasn't as good as we all thought he might have become, and yes the injuries (the 3 metatarsals in 2004, 2006 & 2007 and especially the ankle injury in March 2010) really didn't help, neither did his drinking and general self-abuse. Definitely a great England player but not at the level that Ronaldo, Messi, Ibra got to around the same time. But if you go back and watch him in the 2003-7 timeframe we really though we were getting something amazing
“The two most expensive English players of all time are from Birmingham” That’s something I didn’t need to know, although it’s fitting given Trevor Francis was the first ever £1m transfer, from Birmingham FC.
It's not normal how good he is at the moment. I really don't get it. The maturity he has as a player at 20 is astounding. He makes the right decisions all the time and his whole vibe is that of a world class elite tier modern midfielder that is at the peak of their career. Mad that England have legit some of the most raw attackers in the world right now.
I will miss seeing Jude in the Bundesliga next season but I think he is a clever boy he will thrive at Real and learn for other teenager Modric in the squad. By the way what the EFF happened to Sancho? Great video as usual

I can't wait how he's gonna perform in Real Madrid, knowing he'll get some knowledge from Kroos and Modric. Idc about his goals/assists since he is a central midfielder, but I'm really excited
Since Ronaldo left Real Madrid want a new superstar so Jude came at the right time Jude like Ronaldo is tall conventionally attractive articulate charismatic personable influential and more importantly marketable if you're doing PR for Real Madrid Jude is a dream come true 🥰 dude is so made for TV
I'm English but i live in Madrid with my Spanish wife and kids- i cant tell you how excited i am about this move. I am a bit nervous that it might all go badly, but i just cant see how it would tbh. I cant see the pressure being a problem- he's literally surrounded by world class midfielders who are more thsn capable of playing without him, and also his personality just seems perfect to deal with it all. Theres no question about his talent, his ability at his age is frankly ridiculous. And man, to have England's midfielder playing at this Real Madrid team at this age is going to be amazing for the national team.
I think Real Madrid have been looking for that next big thing after Ronaldo left and they found it Jude like Ronaldo was in his prime Jude is tall conventionally attractive articulate charismatic personable influential eg men want to look like him women want to sleep with him and he's marketable plus I read Jude's jersey has been the #1 selling jersey this season if you're doing PR for Real Madrid Jude is pretty much a dream come true lol 😂 he's made for TV he is the whole package
I think the reason they retired the shirt number was because the club was close to going out of business & him signing an updated contract allowed them to get a bigger fee & therefore keep afloat

I am looking forward to Moukoko at Dortmund and seeing what his career turns into too. I won't be surprised if we have the same conversation next year, though potentially about Bayern buying him since he contributes to the German nationality requirement.
I checked if I liked immediately when you said you have won the cl with stevenage in fifa at 19 years old, I really felt that one haha. Love your videos, keep up the great work. Greetings from Germany
My only concern is his fitness, in particular his knee. 19 is a young to start having recurring knee injuries. I hope that the RM medical team are able to resolve the issue. He is definitely a player who seems to have what it takes.
It’s also a problem that came about because he never got any rest at Dortmund and he was pushed to play through his injuries. No doubt at Madrid he will not have that kind of responsibility or pressure just yet, and won’t have to play quite as many minutes. He seems to take his career and fitness seriously so I hope he recovers fully soon and for now prioritises his health over his desire to play.
brother he was basically playing as a striker and midfielder for Dortmund when injuries occurred in their squad. He got over worked, that’s injury prone to begin with. He’s 20 he hasn’t even developed into his adult body
@@ItsAuddo I hear what you are saying and there in lies the problem. A lot of young players who haven't fully developed and are thrown in early due to their immense ability tend to have a career blighted by injuries. A recent example is Jack Wilshire who once had Barcelona courting him but he never quite hit the heights due to a string of injuries. I hope Jude is managed better at RM
Hey man, first of all - great video. Personally, I see Bellingham as the missing piece to what I perceive now (by a fine margin) the strongest midfield in the world that Real has. One video idea/request from me, tho: could you do the same about Musiala? I think that there is not much evidence suggesting that one is clear of the other atm or is going to develop into a better player. As both are generational talents, I'd love to see your take on Musiala and his impact on Bayern in the years to follow. Cheers!
the comparison is basically circumstantial because they play very different roles and with very different playstyles with Musiala MUCH further forward with almost no defensive responsibilities as opposed to Jude.
@@jsh7939 You misunderstood my comment then. I'm pretty sure it's already widely known they are different types of midfielders - put aside the experiments of Nagelsmann to play Musiala as number 8, the man is clearly thriving when playing either as a 10 or a left winger with more of an inverted winger/advanced midfielder role. What I would like to see is a video of Musiala's current and potential impact on the Bayern team in the years to follow. Hot take, I consider him to have even a higher ceiling than Bellingham does, all things considered.
@@olszi00 meh. They’re both so young that we won’t be able to tell and like I said they’re very different players. Bellingham has certainly made the right career step though.
Good for him. English players should start playing outside of England. That way they can evolve in terms of their style of play as well as being cultured. Moreover, they most likely to be successful than playing local. Its a good investment for England as a whole.
Real is like playing a career mode, again. Bought the arguably top 3 midfield wonderkids (camavinga, tchouameni, bellingham) to transition one of the best midfield trio (casemiro, kross, modric). As frustrating as it is knowing how close Utd were to signing him in my heart I know for a fact he made the right choice. I can just picture him being sat on the bench by Ole and Mctominay starting ahead of him, ruining his career
united were not even close lol
@@jk269 before he went to dortmund
@@jk269 were so incleedibly close it was unreal
But idiots at the club had to fuk it up
Same with haaland
Saf had showed Bellingham around carrington, at 17 so we knew he was special. If I remember he didn’t come to us because he was not guaranteed football and we took way too long to secure the deal.
The haaland was even worse because ole wanted him, we all thought we were going to get him ole even hinted at press conference we would get him, but we didn’t because the stupid glazers and Woodward would not pay an extra 5 mil which would have bought him for around 25 mil euros I believe. And he wanted to work with ole again and play for Utd.
Post fergie Man U is where promising young careers go to die, I’m so happy he didn’t go there
Man Utd has already ruined Sancho and it's doing to Rashford what Tottenham has done to Kane.
It was nothing but a joy to watch him in Dortmund. We truly love him here! Great Mate!
My early impressions on Jude as a person when I saw him in the Real Madrid press conferences is that of someone who has elite mentality. Hope he can prove it in the next seasons.
He's very advanced for his age hearing him talk he sounds 50 lol but that's not a bad thing that's why I'm predicting he'll be like a Michael Jordan/David Beckham of football I don't doubt aside from Mbappe he's going to be the biggest superstar in football he just has the whole package he's tall he's handsome influential men want to look like him women want to sleep with him he's charismatic articulate photogenic personable I don't mean to glaze 😂 but if you're doing PR for Real Madrid Jude is a dream come true because he has it all
1:28 I was not expecting this. Never knew he had Irish connections. Imagine him and Rice in the Irish midfield, but instead we have Will Smallbone and Jason Knight
it’s the curse of irish football, we’ve had nothing to attract anyone since robbie left
Jason Knight is a baller DCFC come on you rams
@@Virgil191that shouldn't be important. Jack Grealish, Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham are all English as far as I'm concerned. Sure they have Irish ancestry to some extent and yes, the way Grealish and especially Rice shafted us did leave a very bitter taste but as far as I'm concerned, they're English. We need to do better at developing IRISH players. We've been shite at that for the good part of a decade now
We used to have the likes of Paul Mcgrath, Roy Keane, Liam Brady, Dennis Irwin, Ronnie Whealan, etc. Now our most exciting player at the moment is Evan Ferguson who's a teenager playing for Brighton and although he looks class and has a lot of potential, you can see how far we've fallen off
Even if you go back to the late Naughties when we were weren't very good, we still had the likes of Robbie Keane, Shay Given, Richard Dunne, Damien Duff, John O'Shea and Steve Finnan who were all playing in the Premier League for some very well established and even successful English clubs. Even during the 2010's we had the likes of Seamus Coleman and Shane Long playing consistent football in the Premier League
We should sort out our own problems with the lack of world class talent in Ireland before trying to pry away talent from England
@@fivestarman5130 it really does say a lot when some of our best players play for Rotherham, Derby and St. Mirren. Genuinely embarrassing
2:45 The reason Birmingham City retired his number is that they were in financial trouble at the time, and his transfer fees helped save the club. They’ll also receive 10 percent of the fee Real Madrid paid to Dortmund.
Really enjoyed this one. Big ups for this calm, informative video. It wasn't busy, straight football.
“transfer was completed with little to no drama” - Liverpool fans still heartbroken.
Hopefully he doesn't get any serious injuries
He’s incredibly mature and is good at pretty much everything. It’s hard to think of a good comparison for his style. Potentially the heartbeat of Madrid and England for the next decade and a half
He's not better than Pogba in any way. He's overated. He's no Zidane.
@@Kirui_Nyamorhe’s 19 lmao he will be better than both of them
If Mbappe joins, Real Madrid are set for the next decade. Their midfield is set no need to change it and loving the videos
I really don't think that PSG will relinquish him without a fight
So said so done ✅😂
And here i am 19 yrs old watching a video about how succesfull a 19 years old player is
I'm not even a massive Madrid fan but I'm really excited to see him join them.
The club officials of Dortmund and Madrid, Perez and Watzke, are long time friends. The relationship between the clubs always was good and professional, so a drama-free transfer like this was to be excpected.
And Bellingham? He's the oldest 19year old in the world. Future Ballon d'or winner.
The second black English player for Madrid. He is a legend already and that’s crazy
@@abody499ozil is one of the most technically gifted players to play the game don't disrespect him
@@Stick_Chronic well, maybe, but I sat and watched him make no effort when effort was required - that's the quickest way to lose the support of the Bernabeu. there is nothing worse in football than a player with all the ability to be a world star, but too lazy to realise that potential.
He'll win the Ballon d'Or in the next 2 years
OMG THE KNOCKING! I whipped my headphones off faster than Jude signed that RM contract!! FFS

Great video, the door knock had me looking around 😂
Would love to see this man make a video about Forgotten ballers like nasri, ben arfa etc great videos keep it up
When he plays for England he just looks a different class. Hopefully he stays fit and gets better. The last English players to burst on the scene that young both sorta flamed out (Owen & Rooney) and neither became the massive world star we were hoping for. Fingers crossed that Jude does
rooney carried england for a bit.
@@jamorfati No doubt but when he was 16-18 we all thought he was the next Pele.
Another masterclass mate. Pure analysis not all the yelling and crying on UA-cam this transfer season
Madrid has turned into school.. Cama, Valverde, Tchouameni, Bellingham all learning from Kroos and Modric.
I was wearing headphones and I almost shat myself when I heard the knock at 6:47. I thought someone was knocking on my window... on the 3rd floor
“The two most expensive English players of all time are from Birmingham”
That’s something I didn’t need to know, although it’s fitting given Trevor Francis was the first ever £1m transfer, from Birmingham FC.
Bro went to Real and casually owns the league ☠️
Jude owns football 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I will miss seeing Jude in the Bundesliga next season but I think he is a clever boy he will thrive at Real and learn for other teenager Modric in the squad. By the way what the EFF happened to Sancho? Great video as usual
it's perfect timing I think Real Madrid really needed him they have been looking for that next big superstar since Ronaldo left and they found Jude so I have a feeling Jude is going to be pushed heavily by the Real Madrid PR machine as the next big thing as like Ronaldo Jude is tall conventionally attractive articulate charismatic has personality influential and personable he's like made for TV 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
That knock scared the shit out of me
I can't wait how he's gonna perform in Real Madrid, knowing he'll get some knowledge from Kroos and Modric. Idc about his goals/assists since he is a central midfielder, but I'm really excited
I'm a FC Bayern stan. I'm endorsing Jude Bellingham; this guy is a legendary player.
Musiala tho 💀💯
He’s going to be the best midfielder in the world one day. Injuries are all that could stop him imo.
In my opinion he is really smart, moving to madrid at the time just right to learn from modric and kroos, really smart move
Bro that knock on the door with air pods..swear to GOD someone banged on my window 😂🔫…3x!?!? And sober lol
Same. Lol
Absolutely love your videos bro you’re going to blow
Jude is a very good player i like him a lot, amazing he is only 19 that is crazy to me, my mind is blown.
I think the reason they retired the shirt number was because the club was close to going out of business & him signing an updated contract allowed them to get a bigger fee & therefore keep afloat
Jude and Grealish are from Brum. Maddison is from Coventry. Midland Midfielders are bossing it.
Excited to see the likes of Jacob Ramsey flourish too. Will always root for Brummies/Midlanders on the world stage. And kind of interesting how Jack and Jude, the two most expensive English players ever, are from both sides of Brum!
Ik this is weird but that knock on the door sound effect was so well done I litterally pauses the video and looked outside for a good five minutes with my headphones it sounded like a bit distant
Best move for Real and welcome Jude to the best Club of the world. Hala Madrid my expectations concerning Bellingham are without borders....i really expect him to take over Madrid in one year:)

cool channel and as real madrid fan very happy to see jude join the team!
I am looking forward to Moukoko at Dortmund and seeing what his career turns into too. I won't be surprised if we have the same conversation next year, though potentially about Bayern buying him since he contributes to the German nationality requirement.
Not only Moukoko! Watch Adeyemi, Duranville, Bynoe-Gittens and Kamara

Nice one, to me he is the definition of a professional footballer. Mature, with composure, serious about his game and truly in love with football.

Love you Tinashe great video as always 👍🏾
Came to make a similar comment. Musiala is also a generational talent, a 10 in a generation where classic 10s are basically dead.
@@olszi00 meh. They’re both so young that we won’t be able to tell and like I said they’re very different players. Bellingham has certainly made the right career step though.
Not really, Real needs a box to box with good foot, something like Makelele, Casemiro, Xabi Alonso etc
Can’t lie Tinashe; this has 100% been the hardest one to click on. Still not over the pain.

Good for him. English players should start playing outside of England. That way they can evolve in terms of their style of play as well as being cultured. Moreover, they most likely to be successful than playing local. Its a good investment for England as a whole.
With my headphone on, that knocking at 6:45 scared the shit out of me XD
Real is like playing a career mode, again. Bought the arguably top 3 midfield wonderkids (camavinga, tchouameni, bellingham) to transition one of the best midfield trio (casemiro, kross, modric). It's crazy what they're able to pull off, truly a club oriented towards the future. Imagine if they're be able to get Mbappe at some point.

England’s national team is insane. They might win the World Cup.
