Dell Latitude : 3420 No power Issues

In this video, I visit a client's site to troubleshoot and repair a Dell lattitude laptop with a no power issues.
So we have to press power button to 30 sec so 80-90% issue will resolve.
If issues will not resolved then we have to changed the motherboard.
successfully resolving the problems.
