Awesome, i have slightly changed my setup now, i have two US5 bags mounted on the front crash bars, gives me more capacity and more wind protection around the legs, also looks cool! Still have the rear setup the same and don't use my Giant Loop tank bag anymore, hate tank bags!
@@mikeyfrompiha I totally get you! Had a tank bag but it was a mess when I had to refuel and I felt like the bike was more of an RV. I have the HEED crash bars now for my T7, also with HEED bag inserts so they're tucked away "inside" the crash bar sort of.

Looking at this set up for my T7 looks amazing was thinking of Touratech Disc 2 but want a more slimmer look. Didn’t see any cooking gear in your bags stove, pan, plates fork etc All the best 👍
Hi there , yes its a great setup, i have slightly changed it now and have purchased another of the small US5's and have both of them strapped to the crash bars with just tools and inner tubes and stuff like that for easy access, they also look cool mounted there (maybe not so aero-dynamic) then the two OS18's on the rear with a US20 in the middle. As for cooking gear i have a Jet Boil i use at the 6 min mark after the tent and i use a combination of the freeze dried meals and a tin of something heated up, i now have one of those collapsible silicon bowls and my spork was in there somewhere???? LOL hope this helps! I got two or three moto camping videos somewhere on my channel if ya interested

Great explaination on the kriega OS and US series bags. If have a question if you can give some insughts from your experience on using these bags till now. For what occasions or kind of rides one should get Kriega OS series or US series bags. What difference did you feel between the OS and US series ones. As far on kriega website its been mentioned that US series more of drypack and suitable for rainy days. And OS series is made up of more tougher material to withstand hards conditions. Would love to hear your views.
Hi there , as far as i can tell the US and OS bags that i have both seem to be made from similar material, both have the dry bag liners, both have the same outer material. My understanding is the OS (overlander system) as designed to fit the OS base, and the US (universal system) can be fitted to just about any bike. I have had mine now for nearly 3 years and they show no signs of wear or tear (i dont use them on a daily basis), in fact i have purchased another US5 and have both my US5's fitted to my crash bars on either side of the bike and i purchased another US10 for the rear for just my longer day trips so i can carry more stuff like wet weather gear and snacks etc , might do another follow up video at some stage. I am looking to get a Suzuki vstrom 800DE.. which is still awaiting for its arrival.. been looking at differences between others like MOSKO, Rinowalk,Tusk & many more.. fell in love with kriega.. went to the website and realized that there r different OS for different bikes.. unfortunately can’t find any for Suzuki vstrom 800DE… wondering if there is a UNIVERSAL OS that fits any bike?? Thx for yr time
Hi there , thanks for the kind words! Yes i believe there is a universal OS but i am sure with the popularity of the new suzuki that Kriega will bring out one in the near future. Not sure if the universal one will fit properly or if it is more for a dirt bike? Good luck!
OS bags are designed to fit the OS base specifically! You probably can fit the US ones onto the sides using the supplied straps but i have never tried. There are plenty of tie down points on top for just about any bag. The reason i have both US and OS is so i can use any combination at any time. Hope this helps.
