I know! Disney fell off so bad with the live action remakes! 😢 almost makes me wanna invent a time machine and go back in time! Like only Disney movies I enjoy now are the ones that are 3D animated. Like frozen, encanto, moana etc. other wise Disney needs to go back to their old roots!

I remember this movie when I was younger and I had it on VHS and my dad bought it for me when he got home from his business trip, and I wasn’t expecting it at all so it was a surprise for me.

This is sadly underrated. For me this is Disney at their best!!! True magic here, in image as well as sound. No one was better at it then Disney. Then something happened.. maybe one day they will recapture the magic.. or maybe the world has moved into en everlasting twilight and soulless cynicism.
I watched this movie when i was younger and vividly remembered the scene of the giant and opening the roof. I searched for years for the movie until today i found it on Disney+ and ohhhh how much I love the movie

When Bongo fell asleep in the woods, I thought that Big Foot was gonna come after him. But, really, Bigfoot is not in Fun and Fancy Free. If Big Foot was in Fun and Fancy Free, then maybe he'd come after Bongo while he was asleep in the woods.

I’m not against making movies like frozen or Rapunzel, but making too much that stuff turns us off. You will never see dark stuff and serious actions from the 90’s or earlier. Just cute big eyes princesses and remakes are the available brands. Sad but true. Playing it safe isn’t always a good idea
